Remo Stars have appointed Kennedy Boboye as the new Technical Adviser of the club, reports Completesports.com.
Boboye signed a one year deal at the club it was gathered.
In a press conference held at the Gateway International Stadium on Friday, the 45-year-old expressed his pleasure at taking over the position at Remo Stars, stressing that he did not hesitate to accept the offer.
“I’m happy to be appointed the manager of Remo Stars,” Boboye told the media.
“We have an ambition this season and with the calibre of players we have can make an impact.”
Boboye had previously managed Sunshine Stars, Abia Warriors and Plateau United.
Daniel Ogunmodede was also appointed the chief coach of the team.
Remo Stars begin their campaign in the Nigerian Professional Football League (NPFL) this season when the welcome Bendel Insurance to the Otunba Dipo Dina International Stadium, Sagamu.
Both teams clashed at the just concluded Nigerian National League (NNL Super 8).
