In my view of points , I think there are many things NFF and new foreign coaching crew to do so that they can win the six matches for Super Eagles in the next World Cup qualifier; fristly NFF should make code of conduct to impose committment and discipline on summoned SE players for all matches of AFCON. and World Cup qualifier , that means players must come early to the camps, players must play with passion and enthusiasm and determination to realize their aims , NFF must impose sanctions and punishments against indiscipline players that means they can intermit or banish an indiscipline and unenthusiastic player from the squad ; secondly , coaching crew should make pattern of play and excellent drills of attacking and defence for SE , also they should summon strong players with passion and enthusiasm , also coaching crew should put an excellent formation converges to pattern of play , I think coaching crew should put 3-2-4-1 or 3-4-3 or 3-5-2 to equilibrium between attack and defence , if there are no injured players coaching crew can put the squad as follows: Nwabili- Adarabioyo,William Troost, Bassey- Ndidi, Onyeka-Aina,Sanusi,Iwobi, Lookman-Osimhen or Adarabioyo,Ekong,Bassey- Aina, Sunusi,Ndidi, Iwobi-Lookman, Moses, Osimhen or Adarabioyo, Ekong, Bassey- Aina, Sanusi, Ndidi, oneyka,Iwobi- Lookman, Osimhen ; also coaching crew should put winning mentality on the players mines in any match , so the players must not make complacency on any small team , they must think that they play with a big team so they can get a win, coaching crew must play pressing and organized style of play that means they must keep the ball for along time in order to compel opposer team to make errors and mistakes then SE can score many goals, coaching crew must put defenders in defensive positional track in order to hinder opposer counter-attack , coaching crew must manipulate SE defensive set-pieces which SE players alway committ them which make SE are beaten in many matches…
This is perhaps the most incompetent board in the history of the country. Since Finidi resigned , they are yet to get a new coach. We are hearing that it will be the greedy and corrupt technical committee that will pick the team. Expect to see the likes of Onuachu and Co.
Smaller countries like Gambia lost their coach post afcon and they have replaced their coach, NFF is here acting confused. If it is sainfelt they want , they should go ahead and stop wasting time. After now they will start blaming players.CSN is talking about things Nigeria must do to qualify …hiss. They can not even recruit a coach let alone qualify.
NFF ONIGBESE.
NFF ONYE JI UGWO.
NFF BASHI.
September is almost here, still no coach for the SE!!!
So all these talking up and down, and traveling to London to “interview” coaches, ALL NA GIMMICKS?
NFF already know who they want, someone who will share salary with them.
At the eleventh hour, they will appoint this person.
Is this their plan all along?
All this nonsense is happening, and will continue to happen, UNTIL WE START TYING THE JOBS OF THE NFF OFFICIALS TO RESULTS AND TARGETS.
The mathematical formula for success is very simple:
NO RESULT + TARGET NOT MET = SACK (NO JOB).
QED.
SE’s problems are not on the pitch.
It is in the Ministries and Govt offices.
The bastards in the glass house will never get anything right since their corrupt agenda is above the interest of the country.
