Former World No 1, Caroline Wozniacki has disclosed that she’s expecting a third child with her husband, David Lee.
The couple shared the exciting news on Instagram.
“Officially switching to zone defense!” they announced in a joint post.
“Our family couldn’t be more excited to welcome baby #3 soon!”
Wozniacki had been in the midst of a comeback since 2023, having missed the prior three seasons to begin retirement and become a mother to daughter Olivia and son James.

In the 18 months since she returned to action, she reached back-to-back US Open fourth rounds and the 2024 BNP Paribas Open quarterfinals, but has been off the court since a fourth-round US Open defeat to Beatriz Haddad Maia.
“I just have to sit down with the family and kind of see what’s best for us,” she said of her comeback at the time. “Then kind of go from there.
“I think right now I just need to take a deep breath and, you know, kind of go through the motions here. And then take it from there.”
