A Ghana Football Association official, Emmanuel Appiah is optimistic that the Black Stars will do a very good job against Nigeria when the two West African rivals clash on Friday.
Ghanaian reporters and even the citizens alike appear to be scared of the Super Eagles’ attack ahead of the first leg of the Qatar 2022 World Cup qualifying playoffs between the Black Stars and Super Eagles.
Ghana will play host to Nigeria in the first leg of the crucia Qatar 2022 playoffs at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi on Friday night.
Ghanaian reporters on Tuesday reviewed the Super Eagles attack, including spotlights on Odion Ighalo, Osimhen and Umar Sadiq who have been scoring goals regularly their respective clubs this season.
Complete Sports thereafter went to town on Wednesday to speak with a few Ghanaian football fans who also said they are also afraid of the Super Eagles strike-force in comparison to the Black Stars’.
But Appiah while speaking to Complete Sports at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi also on Wednesday said that Ghana was ready eager to earn a Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup spot.
“All I can say is that the whole of Ghana is ready for Friday’s game to start with, before talking about the return leg in Abuja next week Tuesday, and we are eager to reach the World Cup once again,” Appia told Complete Sports.
“You know it’s been quite long that we played in a World Cup, that was at the Brazil 2014 tournament, but we want to be in Qatar this year. We believe we can do it and everything is in place to get there.”

Chai!
I remember STEPHEN APPIAH back in the days!
Where is even that DUDE??
See how brainless you are, they mentioned Emmanual Appiah, you saying you remembered Stephen appiah, Mr man we know you dr dre, so just come out of your shell and let us have peace
Will you shut that your HALITOSIS and DIARRHEA INFESTED MOUTH????
Haven’t you heard of the word REMINISCING before???
He can’t be Dr Dre. Dr Dre writes better than this. Besides, you can capture their mind from the way they write. Dr Dre has a far matured mind than this one. All this Monkey does is pour out his hatred for Eguaveon and he’s yet to come out of the shock of Genot Rohr’s sack. He’s one of the very few Nigerian fans fervently praying for the failure of SE so he can justify the “mistake” NFF made in showing GR the exit door.
Dr Dre may not have many friends here, but no matter the angle he’s looking at an issue, he seems convincing and most times reasonable. This can’t be said of Mr Monkey. He’s so full of hatred and animosity. He has been looking for every way to make the NFF look stupid for sacking GR. That is his mission on this platform
LMFAO! Weldone @Papafem the Mind READER and P.A.
You have done a very good JOB clearing the AIR..
LMFAO!
LMFAO!!
*Papafem the MIND CAPTURER*..
LMFAO!!
Even if he’s not accepted in
his country, Nigeria, must it be Ghana? Appiah can say all he wont, Black Stars are falling at Babayara stadium.
The Appiah of GH, I would prefer Badagry- Seme flag .. hahaha
Hmmmmmmmmmmm! That’s the restless Ghanaian on a Nigerian platform. Not just his country flag, you will soon see Partey video uploaded. That is him…Appiah your name down enter, no worry much our SE will score only six.
Not a flag today?
Another one, APPIAH OF GHANA. This Appiah of Ghana doesn’t know Odion is a popular brand, so with Sadiq and Osimhen . Lol. He go receive goals at Babayara Stadium.
I the clip too. But he’s already “residing” Ghana National Anthem, tells you the height of defeat… LMFAO … Appiah will be slow in response by the time Odion and co start to score goals.
Nike vs Puma, you guys should know the winner already, Puma is always after Nike leftovers.( Not in fashion aspect but I mean in sponsoring players and clubs)
