Burnley are on the verge of selling Sam Vokes to Stoke with Peter Crouch coming in the opposite direction as part of the deal.
Stoke have been keen to land Vokes for a while but Clarets boss Sean Dyche was reluctant to do much of a deal without bringing in a replacement but the offer of former England man Crouch as part of the deal appears to have got the agreement over the line.

Vokes has a reasonable record at Burnley with 20 appearances this season, 10 from the bench, netting three times along the way.
The 29-year-old has made 134 starts for the club, scoring 56 goals in his six-and-a-half years at Turf Moor following his move from Wolves.
