Real Madrid and Brazil winger Vinícius Júnior has won FIFA’s The Best men’s player of the year award on Tuesday,
Vinícius lost out to Manchester City’s Rodri for the Ballon d’Or award in October, but clinched The Best title in Qatar.
Barcelona’s Aitana Bonmatí was named The Best women’s player of the year for the second time.
Manchester United and Argentina forward Alejandro Garnacho won the Puskas award for his sensational overhead kick against Everton last November.
Real Madrid handler Carlo Ancelotti was named coach of the year after his side won the Champions League as well as LaLiga last season.
Emiliano Martinez of Argentina amd Aston Villa won The Best FIFA Men’s Goalkeeper for the second time in three years.

Former Chelsea manager and now United States women’s national team boss Emma Hayes was named women’s coach of the year.
Hayes clinched the Women’s Super League before going on to win Olympic gold in Paris with the U.S.
Hayes also won Ballon d’Or coach of year honors last month.
The award – for football from August 2023 to August 2024 – was decided by a mix of public vote, one journalist from each country and the captain and manager of each national team. Each group’s vote counted for 25%.
