Villarreal wing-back Alfonso Pedraza will reportedly join Real Betis initially on loan with the option to make the move permanent.
The 23-year-old has been linked with an exit from the Yellow Submarine this summer despite impressing last season when he made 45 appearances in all competitions, scoring four goals and getting five assists.
German outfit Eintracht Frankfurt were keen on the left-sided player but now Betis have stepped up their interest and Marca claims a deal is close to being agreed between the player and both clubs that would see him make the move on loan this summer before then turning it into a full-time switch.
