Former Manchester United goalkeeper Edwin van der Sar has admitted that the Red Devils are among clubs interested in signing Ajax midfielder Donny van de Beek.
Van der Sar who is Ajax chief executive said that United and Real Madrid are targeting the talented midfielder.
According to NOS, Van der Sar said: “It’s clear that clubs like Real Madrid and Manchester United are showing interest in Donny van de Beek.”

Real were reportedly aiming to finalise a £49million deal for van de Beek, but may no longer be able to finance such a deal due to the impact of the coronavirus pandemic.
United are eager to pay £36million for the Netherlands star who has featured 10 times for his country.
The 23-year-old has produced some excellent performances for Ajax and helped them to win the league and cup double last season.
Ajax are eager to retain his services as he has just over two years remaining on his current contract.
A player who is capable of operating as an attacking midfielder or in a slightly deeper position, van de Beek is likely to be the subject of much interest this summer.
