Ernesto Valverde has again insisted there has been no talks with Neymar regards a possible return to Barcelona in the near future.
Rumours linking the Paris Saint-Germain star with a return to the Nou Camp refuse to go away, and they have been fuelled by the Brazilian’s father who is reported to have begged Barca to take him back.

However speaking ahead of Barcelona’s Copa del Rey clash with Levante on Thursday, Valverde says there is no truth in such rumours and has dismissed them once again.
“People tend to say big things about players at other clubs,” Valverde said. “He is a great player, had a great World Cup, but now he’s at a different club, so there’s nothing more to say about that.
“It’s not a question of Neymar phoning. Nobody has phoned me. “Newsstories always appear in the press. He’s a PSG player and we respect PSG.”
