Francis Uzoho is looking forward to donning the Super Eagles colours in this month’s 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Seychelles and the friendly against Egypt billed for the Stephen Keshi Stadium Asaba, reports Completesports.com.
Uzoho who missed the Super Eagles last games against South Africa and Uganda due to rib injury has been named in Nigeria’s 23-man squad for the games.
In his absence, Ikechukwu Ezenwa and Daniel Akpeyi featured in goal for Nigeria
“Can’t wait to wear this colours again. It has always been an honour,” reads the message Uzoho posted beneath a picture of himself on Instagram.

Uzoho joined Cypriot giants Anorthosis Famagusta on a six-month loan from Spanish side Deportivo La Coruna on a six months loan deal after he lost his place in Elche.
The 20-year-old Nigeria international made his debut for the Super Eagles as a second-half substitute in an international friendly against Argentina in 2017 and made 12 appearances keeping five clean sheets.
Nigeria top Group E with ten points from five matches, a point ahead of second-placed South Africa.
The three-time African champions are already through to next year’s tournament to be hosted by Egypt in June.
