Former Super Eagles striker Anthony Ujah ended his goal drought in Braunschweig’s thrilling 3-3 home draw against Arminia Bielefeld in the German Bundesliga 2 on Sunday.
The last time Ujah scored was on October, 2022, in a 2-2 away draw at Sandhausen.
Ujah has now taken his tally in the German second division this season to six.
Going into the game against Bielefeld Braunschweig had lost their last three fixtures.
Bielefeld raced to a 3-0 lead inside 20 minutes before Braunschweig scored on 22 and 34 minutes to end the first half 3-2.
And in the 72nd minute Ujah completed the comeback to help his side earn a point.
Braunschweig are now in 15th place on 21 points, just one point above the relegation spot in the 18-team league standings.
