Unai Emery’s side will host the first leg at the Estadio de la Ceramica, before travelling to Turin for the reverse fixture.
Paris Saint-Germain will face Real Madrid in the round’s heavyweight clash.
The game will see Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti return to his former club.
Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool will be up against Inter Milan, while Manchester United are drawn against Atletico Madrid.

Holders Chelsea have a date to keep against Ligue 1 champions Lille.
The draw was redone after a technical problem that saw Manchester United not included in Atletico Madrid’s potential opponents pot in this morning’s Champions League draw.
The last-16 ties will be split across different weeks, with the first legs taking place on February 15-16 and February 22-23.
The second legs are then on March 8-9 and March 15-16.
