That first half from Victor just saw his transfer price increase…Bullish. Victor needs to grab the ball and start taking penalties. Enough of this Mr Nice guy act
He isn’t the designated penalty taker for Napoli Kharatskhelia is.He could have murder grabbing the ball to rob the Georgian of his duties.
Meanwhile Napoli was dominant and deserved the win.
The midfield trio of Lobotka,Zielinski and Anguissa are a joy to watch, you could sit all day and never get tired of seeing these great ball players who literally speak to the ball they play with a lot of flair, wish we could lend this 3 lads for the super eagles haha..Our wingers would start flourishing and there would be no more complaints by the super eagles about playing wing football haha…
My broda, we were told that Victor was now the penalty taker. We saw him take one in preseason and score and also one against liverpool which he missed. We’ve also seen him seemingly give the ball to teammates to take the spot kicks. All this to say that as far I’ve heard he’s the designated penalty taker. Perhaps that changed at some point although it wasn’t publicized. All I’m saying is he has to be the penalty taker from here on out. This is his team now and he needs to assert himself and stop being Mr. Nice guy when it comes to penalties. Even a pundit in Italy said something to the effect. He’s a center forward and arguably the most in-form CF at the moment. Nothing wrong with being a lil selfish for goals. It’s a trait that is encouraged in elite CFs which we can all agree he’s warped into this year!
As per the play of the team, you summarized it perfectly. They are a joy to watch
It’s a team work..that guy that took penalty and missed is the reason Oshimehn is flourishing ..Victor can’t do all the work alone ..it’s alright to allow the guy to take the penalty to show how close and understanding the two guys are on the field of play…if Oshimehn start getting stingy and he want to be taking penalties, you will see the reaction from his team mates, they might not feed him with good ball anymore….the bobo get naija sense for Head
Napoli has a lot to do in other to keep all these great players as the big clubs will surely come for them…
