Super Eagles winger Ademola Lookman had a decent game as Atalanta held Arsenal to a goalless draw in Thursday’s UEFA Champions League.
The Nigerian international was substituted in the 89th minute for Lazar Samardžić after an impressive display.
Interestingly, Arsenal’ goalkeeper David Raya was the hero of the night as he pulled off a stunning double save from Mateo Retegui’s 51st minute penalty, the latest addition to his collection of world class stops since becoming the club’s No.1.

It is a save that earned a below-par Arsenal a point in their Champions League opener against a tough Italian outfit, but a performance that will leave Mikel Arteta potentially far more concerned than relieved.
The draw leaves Arsenal with plenty of work to do in the new league format, while Atalanta will take confidence from their solid defensive display.
For Arteta, it could have been much worse, but attention will very quickly turn to Manchester City in the Premier League on Sunday.
