Raheem Sterling and Kai Havertz scored both goals as Chelsea overturned a one-goal deficit from the first leg to beat Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund 2-1 on aggregate.
Sterling levelled scores on aggregate after firing home from inside the box two minutes before the break.
Chelsea were awarded a penalty early in the second half after Marius Wolf handled the ball inside the box.

Havertz sent his initial effort against the post but a re-take was ordered due to encroachment and the Germany international held his nerve to increase his side’s lead.
Substitute Conor Callagher had a goal chalked off for offside later in the second half.
Kepa Arrizabalaga produced a superb save to deny Wolf, while Jude Bellingham also came close for Dortmund.
Chelsea stood firm in the closing stages of the game to secure a place in the quarter-finals.
