Barcelona edged Paris Saint-Germain 3-2 in their UEFA Champions League first leg quarter-final tie on Wednesday in France.
The result means PSG’s 27-game unbeaten run has come to an end , as they suffer their first defeat since losing to AC Milan in November.
It is a first Champions League quarter-final win for Barcelona since April 2019 against Manchester United.
Also, it is their first one without Lionel Messi in the squad since 2008.

Brazilian winger Raphinha bagged a brace against PSG while Andres Christensen got the winner for Xavi’s men.
For PSG, Former Barcelona forward Ousmane Dembele and Vitinha were on target.
In the other quarter-final first leg game also played on Wednesday, Atletico Madrid beat Borussia Dortmund 2-1.
Meanwhile, Tuesday’s fixtures saw struggling Bayern Munich held Arsenal to a 2-2 draw at the Emirates and Manchester City drew 3-3 against Real Madrid at the Bernabeu.
