Captain of the Nigeria’s national U-23 football team, Olympic Eagels, Success Makanjuola is optimistic of victory against Guinea on Wednesday at the Moshood Abiola National stadium in Abuja
Makanjuola played a key role in the Olympic Eagles 3-1 aggregate win in the previous round against the Serengeti Boys of Tanzania.
The 21-year-old scored twice in both legs.

The winger stated that the Olympic Eagles will strive to win well to make the reverse fixture a more formality.
“We shall try to win very well tomorrow so that the second leg will be a formality. We know they are good but we are better and will shall win. We are working hard to ensure we are in control of this first leg
“I am confident we are going to win tomorrow’s game.All we demand from our fans is total support. We shall try not to disappoint our fans and Nigerians by playing to our coaches instructions ” said the Latvia based star.
The overall winners will secure a place at the 2023 U-23 AFCON to be hosted by Morocco in November.
