Anthony Nwakaeme scored and provided an assist as Trabzonspor kicked off the Turkish new league season with a 5-1 win at Yeni Malatyaspor on Monday, Completesports.com reports.
Nwakaeme made it 2-0 for Trabzonspor in the 11th minute before setting up Cote d’Ivoire teammate Gervinho to make it 3-0 on 29 minutes.
After an impressive performance Nwakaeme was then replaced with 20 minutes left in the game.
The win took Trabzonspor to top in the league table of the Turkish top-flight.
Last season Nwakaeme netted seven goals in 34 league appearances for Trabzonspor.

I think he is ostracized from the team due to his age rather than on sporting ground.
The gaffer would rather go for younger players,the only way he could be considered is for him to move to a top five European league and do something better than what we see from the likes of Moses Simon,Chukwueze and the rest
