Victor Osimhen was on target as Galatasaray beat their hosts Sivasspor 3-2 in a thrilling Turkish Super Lig clash on Sunday.

Garry Rodrigues gave the home team the lead 10 minutes later.

I remember being worried at the start of the season whether Osihmen will be harmed by his problematic and poisonous transfer saga from Napoli.
Few months later, 10 goals contributions from 9 league games for Turkish giants Galastasaray have effectively put those concerns to rest.
My prayer is now that Osihmen stays fit for World Cup qualifiers in March because, on this form, Nigeria has a chance to turn the tide.
In the absence of Osihmen in recent seasons, it seems Terem Moffi had been the only alternative striker with the Midas touch for Nigeria. With Moffi injured, we need Osihmen.
Some fans remain disappointed that Osihmen is playing in a league beneath his level, stature and class. Whilst this has a ring of truth to it, what is important is that Osihmen is making the best use of a makeshift arrangement.
He is on in Turkey on transit. A bigger move should materialize soon. And, scoring goals with reckless abandonment domestically and in the continent is a chilling and compassionate reminder of what he brings to any club.
It is how he will ravage our opponents in World Cup qualifiers that is of interest to me .
Lmao….And, scoring goals with reckless abandonment…in what league is he scoring the goals with reckless abandonment? Ask yourself this @deo…in a tolotolo league? A league where drogba at old age terrorised with goals? What about onuachu with the small club then…?? Is it what you are here celebrating? Look my friend deo a player with just 3 goals in the epl, la liga seria A budisliga or even french league in the whole season is of more value and great importance than a player that energed as the highest goal scorer in a soft weak ass tolotolo (Turkish)league….
Monkey Post,
You actually have a point: a young player of Osihmen’s immense qualities should be strutting his stuff in a higher profile league.
That said, despite your grudge with Osihmen, I think you will agree that playing and scoring in Turkey is better than Osihmen being shut out in Napoli due to the bad blood that developed.
Playing in Turkey is a makeshift arrangement and you know that. Scoring for fun only makes it easier for him to be snapped up by a higher profile club next season.
For now, let’s celebrate his laudable exploits in Turkey.
Monkey Post, let’s put the Osihmen Vs Finidi saga behind us. They have both moved on. Finidi is now focusing on his coaching while Osihmen is now focusing on scoring goals. I think you should re-focus too and cheer Osihmen all the way to securing a contract in a more glamorous league.
Successfully placed Osimhen on everyone’s lips. What about Nigeria other strikers? lol!
It’s like you’re talking to your self, replying yourself. Eeyaah who must be responsible for this?
