William Troost-Ekong’s Udinese moved closer to Serie A safety following a hard fought 3-2 home win against SPAL at the Dacia Arena on Saturday, Completesports.com reports.
Udinese raced into a three goal lead in the first half through a Samir Caetano’s strike and Stefano Okaka’s brace.
But SPAL fought back after the break getting two goals from Andrea Petagna and Mattia Valoti.

Troost-Ekong has featured in 34 league games for Udinese this season but is yet to find the back of the net.
