Tomori’s loan move includes an option to make the deal permanent and Milan have reportedly decided to activate this.
The 23-year-old centre-back has made 16 appearances in all competitions for Milan since joining them on loan in January.
“I’m happy and I have the opportunity to give my best for this team,” he recently said.
“I always want to raise my level.
“Italy is different from England, the weather is good and the food is better.”
Tomori fell out of favour at Stamford Bridge this season after the arrival of Thiago Silva.
But he has hit the ground running in Italy with Milan technical director Paolo Maldini impressed.
Maldini told Sky Sport Italia: “As for Fikayo, he has unique assets of speed, intensity, for us he was a possible reinforcement for the rest of the season.”

It is not too late for Nigeria to make another attempt at luring Fikayo Tomori to lace his boots for the Super Eagles. With the new FIFA rule ,Tomori remains eligible to play for Nigeria although he has already played in some competitive features for England. But England have not called him up for some time and as it stands now,Fikayo is set to miss out out of the Three Lions squad to Euro 2021.
You know what ,I too feel this should be another opportunity for NFF to lure Tomori to play for the super Eagles. Unlike the last time where he chose England . He said the NFF never came to him , I don’t know how true this is but I insist that the football body should swallow their pride and get this guy .
Abeg don’t ever repeat this statement or mention that name TOMORI again. Do we lack players in his position for us to go back begging? You no dey get shame. If you see a beautiful girl that you love, approached her but she dey do yanga for you come go marry another guy who after marriage treats her like nothing after she born 1 pikin. Will you now leave your own current wife to begin chasing after her again without her even showing you any interest?
You want a whole country to “swallow its pride” for a useless player like TOMORI? Is he Ronaldo, Messi and Haaland combined?
If he wants to play for Nigeria and he is still eligible to represent Nigeria, he should contact the NFF or the coach. Lets be sure he is ready to commit to the Super Eagles and not use our interest in him to get the attention of the English team handlers
