Nigerian striker Anthony Nwakaeme was replaced early in the first half as Trabzonspor beat Fenerbahce 3-1 away, in the second-leg semi-final of the Turkish Cup on Tuesday, Completesports.com reports.
Nwakaeme was substituted in the 35th minute as Trabzonspor progressed into the Turkish Cup final 5-2 on aggregate after winning the first-leg 2-1.
Alexander Sorloth scored two goals on six and 83 minutes while Filip Novak got the third goal in the 94th minute.
Deniz Turuc scored for Fenerbahce in the 42nd minute to make it 1-1.

The last time Trabzonspor won the final of the Turkish Cup was in 2010 while the last time they played in the final was in 2013.
The other second-leg semi-final will see Antalyaspor, parading Nigerian forward Paul Mukairu, visit Alanyaspor on Thursday.
Antalyaspor will go into the reverse fixture hoping to overturn the 1-0 first-leg deficit.
