Former Manchester United defender, Patrice Evra has lashed out at the Red Devils players for deceiving manager, Erik Ten Hag with their preseason performances.
Recall that during United’s tour of Asia and Australia, the Red Devils won three, drew two and lost one game.
However, in the Premier League they are currently sitting bottom, having lost to Brighton and Brentford respectively.
In an interview with Betfair, the France international said that the players have only deceived the Dutch tactician with their preseason performance.

“There’s no confidence and we have got carried away with the pre-season,” the former defender told Betfair.
“I also blame Ten Hag, he’s been fooled by all those players, the same way other managers have been fooled by them. In pre-season they looked so good, and he would have been excited to make them even better, but no.
“Psychologically they are broken. “
