New Super Eagles invitee Nathan Tella scored his first goal in the Bundesliga as Bayer Leverkusen thrashed Union Berlin 4-0 on Sunday.
Also in action for Leverkusen was Victor Boniface, who was substituted in the 87th minute.
Tella, who came on with nine minutes left, scored in the 83rd minute to make it 4-0.

The win means Bayer Leverkusen head into the international break top of the Bundesliga.
Xabi Alonso men have recorded 10 wins, one draw, no defeat, scored 34 goals and conceded 10 in the Bundesliga this season.
Tella got his first Super Eagles call-up for this month’s 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Lesotho and Zimbabwe.

What a goal! He displays a higher level of maturity in his play compared to Chukwueze
Something tells me this guy would smash it with the SE.
He is too good to be ignored, very strong on the ball, the likes of holise and ebere Eze will regret missing out from eagles, imagine if they are regulars for the supereagles these past 3 years, they would have been more extablish footballers with relevance, now they seems to be nowhere to be found, holise is not even sure of france anymore and Eze is not in southgates plan, holise is now looking at algeria, i doubt if he will get a chance there bcos algerians are racist, the fact that he is not a muslim is also going to discriminate him, if he knows what is good for him he should start processing transfer to naija, i think he can still displace aribo.
It’s actually Olise not Holise
Imagine having all these top performance and losing a winnable match just because of an unreliable GK.
If Pesseiro is really seeious about his chances at AFCON and WC, Uzohobasket and Okoyerror will not be considered ahead of active GKs like Rasheed, Adeleye and Nwabali.
Interesting, now I see why peseiro is so optimistic abt the team chance of winning the AFCON, any coach will sure have such a dream.
Great goal by Tella.
Peseiro will see that goal, and he will know he made the right decision to invite this guy. Not just the goal. The pace and skill on display.
How about the pass Boni gave Frimpong in the 57th minute? The movement, the vision, the final pass. The commentator said “BONIFACE BRILLIANT”. I couldn’t agree more.
I was also quite impressed by the Ivorian defender Odilon Kossounou. Strong, energetic defender.
When Nigeria meets Cote D’Ivoire at the Afcon, this defender will likely be on the pitch. He will likely have to tango with his Leverkusen comrade Boniface. What a battle that will be.
The real hero for Leverkusen has to be Xabi Alonso. Xabi sabi work sha! What a difference a good coach makes!
Boniface and Osimene combo reminds me of that devastating Samuel Eto and Patrice Mboma combo. Osimene like Eto and Boniface like Mboma.
History has shown that potential tournament winners can be seen through the lenses of the strikers available to them.
Hopefully this prove to be SE case, as nigeria arguably boast of the best collection of strikers going into next year AFCON.
@pompei, I saw what you did there, “Xabi & Sabi”.
My brother, we are having fun here. Thanks jare!
Am so excited about Tella……Pace and intelligence woven into one player…..we are very lucky to have him in SE…..We still need to convince Atubolu to play for Nigeria….. Atubolu is the only world class goalkeeper we have now.
I watched Nwabali yesterday the guy is a good goalkeeper very composed unlike uzoho I don’t know why the coach has not deemed it necessary inviting him he is better than those there now. I come in peace
Next player to watch is gabriel osho of luton town, will be good addition to super eagles defence line.
Just watched Alves vs Barcelona and I saw this 19 year old Spanish Nigeria born player name Omorodion tormenting Barca defense. The guy is a beast of a player , very rugged and fast. I think he must have Edo blood in his vein.
Make him wait ooo becos we must first find out how to use Onuachu. If he like make e score 100 goals or even beat both Barcelona team and coaches, we must first work out how to cross balls for Onuachu before we go even think of am. Lolzz. Nigeria we hail thee.
Watch from 0:18.
After Omorodion’s goal, what did the commentator say?
THE SERVICE IS EXCELLENT.
SERVICE, SERVICE, SERVICE. That is what strikers need. Onuachu is no exception!
How can you judge a striker as bad when the service is poor, even nonexistent?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4PVSVPhwC5U
This trabzonspor team train week in week out. So it’s easy to understand each and everyone’s runs. That understanding takes time to come by. We don’t have that luxury of training together for long to build such telepathy in movement hence players like Onuachu, Akor etc will under perform not necessarily because they are bad footballers but because they need special delivery lolzz that time, chance and space don’t permit during national team assignment. This is one area where club football is at variance to national team football.
Hahahaha……No comments
I think the Samu guy prefer the Spanish NT. And he is athletico player but they send him
Back to alaves for the season, make him
Wait till eternity for Spanish call up, we have enough strikers already.
Boniface might just usurp Awoniyi is the starting support striker to Osihmen. It might be too early but Chukwueze’s position is also under threat. Iheanacho is proving a revelation on Peseiro’s right wing with Tella also set to offer stiff competition (even though it’s early days).
Rumour also has it that Peseiro might look to experiment Lookman as support striker which will put more strain on Awoniyi’s place. Even Aribo has played that position with Moffi and Umar waiting patiently on side mirror.
I like Awoniyi but he needs to start delivering the goods in goals and copious assists. If not, he will simply be knocked into a cocked hat in favour of someone else who’s able to deliver the goods in style.
@deo, simple question, do you think any of the strikers or supporting strikers including Osimhen would have performed better if they were playing for NF. We need to always consider some critical factors which include the club and the competitive nature of the league. Have you forgotten that Awoniyi oncrle played in the same Bundesliga league for a lowly rated club and set records.
I do agree that Boni is the striker of the moment but you can’t ignore a player that has scored against Man Utd, Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool while playing for a lowly rated club.
Holistic approach should be considered when conducting comparative analysis. I still believe that the pecking order for the top 9 is Osi, Awo, Boni, Moffi
Glory my good man, the strikers Peseiro invited are better than Onuachu on current form. Besides, our way of playing, which isolates the striker upfront, is not a good fit for Onuachu. So Onuachu has been left out at this time. That’s enough. No need to badmouth the guy any further.
However, remember that the strikers Peseiro invited also need good service, especially in tight games against defensively solid teams.
You’ve forgotten what Tunisia and Ghana did to our deadly strikers earlier this year?
We had deadly strikers on parade against Tunisia and Ghana.
Na wetin come happen?
Because we can’t cross balls properly, we were eliminated by Tunisia at the Afcon. Yes Okoye’s error was there. But if we had created chances and scored goals, we would have beaten Tunisia.
Same thing with Ghana. Uzoho’s error notwithstanding, goals from our strikers would have taken us to the world cup.
Moral of the story?
PRESENCE OF DEADLY STRIKERS WITHOUT GOOD SERVICE MEANS NOTHING.
A bullet on its own is harmless. But if it is fired from a performant gun, it becomes deadly. The striker is the bullet, the gun is the service. IT IS GOOD SERVICE THAT UNLEASHES THE BEAST IN THE STRIKER. If the service is not good, the gun is not working properly. If the gun is not working properly, the bullet’s power is diminished or even completely compromised.
When all your deadly strikers come back home early from Afcon and fail to qualify for the next world cup, na that time your eye go clear.
You go know say “working out how to cross balls” is very very important, not only for Onuachu, but also for all our strikers and by extension, for the Super Eagles team as a whole. No matter how good a striker is, HE CAN’T DO IT ALL ON HIS OWN. Even an average striker will look fantastic if he plays in a team that supports him and provides him with quality service.
@pompei and @deo, good honest assessments!
And that includes @Ayphillydegreat and @JimmyBall, both of whom are great contributors here, as well.
We all want the best for Nigeria, so pay no attention to those childish and baseless insinuations of fake patriotism.
We can go a long way if we call a spade, a spade.
Good luck to The Eagles as they begin their World Cup qualification quest this week!
Always enjoy your submissions @pompei.
You go to war with different kinds of weapons, not just AK-47 and machine guns, but also grenades, bayonets etc. Each fit for different shades of battles and enemy encounters in the war. But you need a good general to get the right mix cos numbers don’t win wars, strategies do.
Forumites on the other side of the debate make brilliant, compelling arguments as usual (and I do agree with them on a number of topics), but there’s a thin line of logic I think most seem to be glossing over. On this one, I pitch my tent here.
Good luck to Paseiro this Thursday and @Afcon. He’ll need it.
@pompei! Enough of this ur support for ur onuachu. He has been given countless of opportunities to claim the starting birth, he missed used it. Some times I keep asking this question for those that keep poaching for onuachu here. Whether they sabi watch ball or are dey watching a different television. Please pompie and co should just go and rewatch nig vs Algeria game at Austria and also our game against cameroun. Even our game against benin republic. That guy is so useless in the team. He can’t even trap ball, wen ever the supplies was given to him , he ll kill our attack. Wat painned me against friendly match played against cameroun, he missed two open net. All the crosses that were given to he he could not utilized it but u people dat were clamoring for his inclusion didn’t see it. Those goals and balls he was getting against cameroun, was he not given the right supplies? Every time pompie and co will be clamoring for useless player. Please pompie if u don’t know wat to suggest, just allow us breath here. U dey suffercate us. Wat chance are u give someone who is a supper flop. Who can’t give a common pass. Infact is better we draft this ur onuachu to super falcons , that’s were his usefulness will be. I rest my case.
If you watch the Omorodion goal against Barcelona, you see good service on display.
The Alaves midfielder receives the ball. The Alaves flank player is already on the move, giving the midfielder a passing option. The Alaves midfielder looks up, sees the run, and feeds him the ball.
What happens next?
The Alaves flank player delivers a cross into the box.
It is not too close to Ter Stegen. If it is, it’s goalkeeper’s ball.
It is not behind Omorodion. If it is, the chance is gone.
The cross is placed in THE AREA, just ahead of the striker, which makes it possible for the striker to attack it.
Give Onuachu or any other decent striker a ball like that, and the net will shake.
Leave Onuachu alone on his own upfront and expect magic? And when the magic does not happen, he suddenly becomes a bad striker, and you have to try others because you’re looking for a magician?
Hahahahaha, make unu continue unu search ehn. Keep on searching for magicians.
Today you will try Omorodion, that is if the young man will leave Spain for your useless NFF. When Omorodion is starved of service and also underperforms, he will also become useless, and you will start looking for another magician striker to perform magic for you.
We hardly ever see crosses like this in the SE, yet we expect our strikers to perform magic. Indeed, Nigeria we hail thee!
Good one Pompeii. Rasheed yekini was great but he had that supports and supply in great quantities. Friday ekpo, Sunday oliseh, Friday elaho, the master finidi George, super support strikers anokachi and siasia, Thompson oliha etc. All worked and made the Job easier for the great Rasheed yekini.
@ Pompei, yes all strikers needs service but Onuachu seem to be asking for special delivery lolzz and sad to say, that only happens when the team has well enough time to practice on that special delivery.
National teams especially in Africa hardly have more than two practice sessions before a telling international match, unlike in those days when we relied on homebased and were able to open 2,3,4 weeks camping. Those long camping benefits telepathic crosses;the likes of humphrey Edobor, Friday Elaho etc who were all homebased.
But today’s situation is different. All our best players are foreign based and we are even lucky to have loads of strikers options. So knowing we are limited to nothing more than 2 proper days of training before a match, it only makes sense to go for the ready fit most especially when we are so lucky to have loads of options.
This is where Onuachu is at great disadvantage. And
on the FLIP SIDE OF THINGS, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A DIFFERENT CASE, IF SE WAS LACKING MULTIPLE OPTIONS IN THE ATTACK.
Pompei, I have read you chorus the word SERVICE, SERVICE like a morning devotion song and I just smile.
So much effort to justify one man’s laziness.
I have told myself I comment no further on the Onuachu matter because its a waste of breathe to do so. But I’ll quickly just break that resolve to remind you the talking about service without talking about RUNS is like setting the table when dinner has not even been cooked yet.
Before service comes RUNS.
Go back to the Yekini clip and see how a proper 9 makes runs
Go back to the Burundi game in 2019 and see how a simple diagonal run from substitute Ighalo brought about a goal that was not even showing any signs of coming while Paul was on the pitch. The crosses floated to him in that match he headed them all off target.
Tell us in all honesty Onuachu even makes runs in a SE shirt before complaining about the service he gets.
I recall vividly when we play Algeria in that friendly, in 2020, this dude was actually marking the Algerian defenders rather than exploring how he should peel away from them.
Remind us of any good run he has made that resulted in at least a shot on target in all the matches he has started.
You guys talk as if he has never been fed ariel balls in the SE before. This is a guy that can hardly produce a knock down for his support strikers to utilize, hold up play or bring his teammates into play whenever he’s on international duty.
Do you want to tell us in all 6 months or so he was at Southampton, he was never given 1 decent cross….?? Its very simple, the difficulty level of the EPL is such that nobody will watch you have the time and space to take up a position to recieve a perfectly weighted cross unhindered or unchallenged…..and that something similar to what we get at international level too.
Onuachu came on vs G/Bissau in Abuja and played the 2nd 45 mins or so, when we needed to get an equalizer……I am sure that was when Peserio vowed he will never call this good-for-nothing beanpole again. It would have been better we played 10 men than playing 11 minus Onuachu.
Again back to your OMORODION SAMU example, go back and watch the build up to that goal and count how many different types of runs that kid made, from inside his own half to when he tapped the ball between the legs of Ter stergen….he made them all….diagonal, lateral, blindside etc……the guy made all the right RUNS up till the point when he got himself in the right place to be served.
Who will serve you when you are shoving yourself on the opposition defender. Is it not in the same SE with same players that do not provide service that another striker came in after Onuachu has had his chances and refused to take it (waiting for Finidi and Amunike to come out of retirement) and the striker now has 20 goals and 4 assists in 28 matches…??? This striker we are talking about didnt score from open play in his first 8 games o. But no one would argue against his inclusion in the line up all those times.
If Paul wants special service while on international duty someone should tell him the # key in his room’s telephone goes straight to the hotel reception. He should dail it as often as he pleases, they will give him all the service he wants and even the one he didnt ask for.
And if he’s not satisfied, there are many churches in Nigeria who hold one sort of service or the other on daily basis, from healing service to delioverance service to communion service and all those other services they hold that breed religiousity without piety in their members, he can feel free to visit those churches for service
Let him make way let others who know why they are in the SE see road.
Without a perfect RUN, there can be no perfect service….!!!
Akpon and Dessers have started firing now, hammering Mr wait-and-get goal demon of soft leagues further down the pecking order of CFs we can call upon for the SE.
When next he gets an opportunity in the SE, he should tell Finidi to kit up and come float crosses to him before he can be useful to the team
Brodaman Dr Drey. This Onuachu thing tire ooo. Every good run that calls for good crosses from team mates, most times starts from around the centre of the pitch and players waiting to make those RUNS must be quick off the ground and smart with the runs.
But I have rarely seen Onuachu darting off opponents and running into good position to receive. His style, is to wait very close to opposition defence hoping to use his height as advantage to meet floated balls. This surely is working for him in lesser leagues where teams aren’t tight in their marking. But in tougher leagues like EPl, Italian league, French league etc, he will most likely struggle badly. And sadly enough for him, at international level, most team are even more mean with space to explore; tight marking is a styled definition of international football. The quicker Onuachu and all other potential SE strikers such as Akor know this, the better their chances of making it. A striker that want to deliver at international level must be one blessed with loads of individual abilities to outwit opposing defenders in the tightest of space otherwise in the midst of plenty an option, a lazy lesser skilled player will always never get picked but it for a Nigeria setting anything can happen ; money for hand back for ground lolzz.
Have you guys ever wondered by the likes of Lyon and Monchengladbach pulled out of signing that dude after already agreeing terms with him and his club….?
OR
Why a player will score close 50 goals in a season anywhere in Europe and it is a relegation-battling team that will eventually come for him…??
Or is it Rohr and Peserio that is Manager or Director of Football in all the clubs in the big leagues.
And before anyone would open their mouths wide to allege racism as they usually do, are CAF racist too that they didnt even recognize his 40 something goal haul and at least shortlist him in the final 5 or 10 of the AFOTY award…?
How many goals did Moffi score in Belgium to earn a move to France…? How many did Boniface score in Belgium to earn a move to Germany…?
How many did Osimhen score in Belgium to earn a move to France…?
or even Awoniyi when he was playing in Belgium to get a loan deal in Germany…?
A person scores nearly 50 goals in a season and nobody caught cold, but his problem is that Chukwueze and Moses Simon do not play like Finidi and Elahor…?
Please try again later
…this one is still talking about Burundi game of the year 1847. Why dont you go and arrest Daniel Akpeyi that threw himself into empty space like Astronaut… grasping at thin air like a man on California moonshine when Mahrez struck that ball. Your complain about AFCON 2019 should be with Daniel Akpeyi and not Paul Onuachu. Please leave “Goal Demon” alone… the great Ataturk himself… dude is conquering Ottoman already. Goal Demon was not summoned against Ghana during playoffs and yet, your mobile attackers had no regular shot on target for over three hours of football against a sorry Ghanaian team… the worst Ghana team in the last 40years who were humilated by little Comoros.
Hahahaha…..no we will not talk about Burundi game…LMAoo maybe it was Onuachu’s spirit that played the match, or maybe when his number of caps is computed, the burundi game will be omitted because it was played in 1759…..LMAOoo
We should rather talk about the Super Eagles vs Anderlecht game or the Super Eagles vs Galatasaray game where Onucahu both scored hat tricks……LMAOoo
You will tell us if you were too blinded by your anger and frustration you never saw other later references such as vs Algeria or vs Guinea Bissau……LMAOOo.
Since it burns your stomach so much that we talk about Burundi game because it was played in the 16th century, Ngwa tell us the one you want us to talk about…..LMAOOoo. You were the one ranting that Onuachu was being assessed with games in which he came on as a sub and didnt have much game time, now we are trying to bring games in which got susbstantial amount of game time, you are already coughing out blood, crying it was played in the panthenon in medevial times…..LMAOOoo. So tell us the one you want us to talk about…..LMAOoo
His pantless showing in both friendlies against cameroon, down to his most recent showing against Guinea Bissau when he came on in the 2nd 45 mins and was marking Osimhen all through the half rather than getting into the right positions….LMAOooo.
That was the last Peserio saw of him before the man saw that in truth, this one is of no use and never called him up again ever since….LMAooo. Even the crosses some of you want us to believe he never gets, he got, yet headed all wide off target….LMAOoo.
When it is time to defend Onuachu, 2019 is too far and thoughts of the Burundi game must disapper from our brains like fart in a windy storm, but once its time to insist Akpeyi must not return to the SE the same you will refer to game vs Algeria in 2019 and Argentina in 2018 to make your wicked case for him not to return even when he has gone on to make CAF CL best XI of the season thereafter and is still the most expereince Nigerian GK currently still active……LMAOoo.
Hypocrisy of the highest order.
You that wants us to talk about Onuachu’s splendid performances in the national team, ngwa tell us which ones we should talk about na….LMAooo
Tell your ataturk to continue ataturking while serious people are firing on all cylinders in Germany, France, England and in the national team.
Your goal demon that couldn’t save us from the hands of the likes of Burundi and G-Bissau or from the hands of Algeria and Cameroon in mere friendlies would have saved us from the hands of a well coached, well drilled Ghana side that your dead-brained local black skinned failures (whom you chose to fail with) couldnt even realize had done a simple change of tactics in a make or mar WCQ right….LMAOoo.
This dude needs new genuine friends who can give him sincere pieces of advice…LMAOoo. Because sometimes not talking at all is better than talking.
When you are done ranting ehn, here is the pecking order of CFs in the SE at the moment for you to assimilate: Osimhen, Boniface, Awoniyi, Moffi, Umar, Dessers, Akor, Akpom, Ighalo, Goaldemon of weak leagues….LMAOoo.
You can bark into thin air at that order for all we and the SE handlers care
Pompei –
I don’t normally get involved in full blown “discussions” like this one about Onuachu, but in this case, I am making an exception- I want to bring up 2 points for you to think on-
1) I don’t have a dog in this race because for me Onuachu is good but absolutely not good enough right now – I say this with certainty, but I will also add that I never say never and even more so in football, a wise person who knows football, knows that you can never say never – what I mean by this is that even though at this present time Onuachu is way beneath what we need and indeed what we already have ie in the SE, I will never write him, or Dessers or any of the other aspiring strikers off because in football, any player can become flavour of the day at any time – there are many factors that combine and anybody can become good or better than they were, so even though for me O, right now Sadiq is miles ahead of Onuachu and Dessers and it’s definitely a toss up between Awo and Boni, I think tactically, a good tactician will realise that both wo and Boni are very good at the moment and they can be used interchangeably based on the particular analysis of the opponent we are facing and it could be either one of the two depending on what we need for the match and I would also definitely use them as subs for each other so that each guy at least gets minutes each match we play – that should satisfy the two guys and keep them happy – it’s called healthy rotation.
2) My stand on Onuachu and Dessers is already well documented, but let me just pull you up on something – You keep saying that it’s all about service for Onuachu abi?
Well that falls down when you look at every one of his games with Southampton for example- there was excellent service flying in when and especially when he (Onuachu) was on the pitch because they were in trouble and had to try everything! What was expected was that with somebody of his height, he should be very useful in the air, but in fact the exact opposite has been proved to be the case – for a 6ft6-9 guy, he is not good in the air at all and his heading stats are very poor indeed for any comparable striker, let alone one as tall as him – In fact if you look up his scouting reports you will notice that they all say he is not the best in the air and for such a tall guy that is baffling!- The thing that they say sticks out about him is that he is deceptively good with the ball at his feet for a big guy, but guess what? even that has stat has not been backed up by him lately – I think this may be because of the bad patch he has been going through lately which has affected and dented his confidence – which as we all know will happen to anyone going through a bad patch – So my friend, opinions are like hands, we all have two of them, everyone has their own, we cannot all agree at the same time but in this Onuachu case trust me, he isn’t ready for the SE atm and we have far better.
Onuachu that cant even score a goal for Southampton….abeg not all players are good on international scene. lets see what Tella brings to the table. it could be a turning point for others to come back home
After Moffi, Awoniyi, Sadiq , Boniface, Iheanacho… and Simon, Tella and Lookman from the wings in this list, I wonder how Onuachu’s name take enter today’s discussion.
Even if they want to call new players, I’ll prefer Adams and Akpom. At this point, any player the coach likes, let him invite. The names some fans are coming here to call out tire me. I’m not surprised.. some people are still coming to campaign for Anderson Esiti, Alampasu here in 2023.
So hypothetically speaking, if one is the coach, all strikers fit, which striker(s) would be invited?
Let’s ignore Akpom and Dessers;
Would you replace an Osimhen, Awoniyi ,Boniface, Moffi, Orban, even Akor with an Onuachu?
Come on now, let’s be logical and less emotional..
We all know, Onuachu doesn’t make the cut when the above is around..
Hahahaha Mr Hush, you have just lost a chance to get sweet patronizing “you are a good or honest or wonderful, or celestial damsel” compliments with this stance you have taken.
Infact you can become a minion for this level of frank posit taken without care for whose ego gets rubbed in the mud……LMAOo

@Dr Drey
It is what it is.
Truth doesn’t play the emotion’s game. It is just factual.
The question to ask you is Onuachu under-performing. Isn’t it goals that matters, what makes the name mentioned different from him. Isn’t he scoring. Last time i checked he has more goals than awoniyi. So bro you have no point. His name should be on that list.
Onuachu’s languid listless and unenthusiastic displays in the colours of the super eagles could be attributed to his lacking in mobility thereby easily subdued or contained by opposition defenders.
Our great legend, the late Rashidi Yekini was fast with quick movements despite standing at 6ft 3inches,though Onuachu is taller by 4 inches that wouldn’t make excuses for his lethargic displays in the colours of the super eagles. The likes of Peter Crouch is about same height as Onuachu,in his playing days he used his height advantage for the good of both club and country respectively.
Onuachu is an old fashioned centre forward who has his presence felt regularly at the eighteen yard box of opposition. He thrives on supplies from the wings to make hay.Unfortunately, the super eagles have a history of building up slowly from the back which makes closing down on the strikers very easy by opposing defenders. The ones that have delivered are those with clever head who could manoeuvre cunningly and skilfully as the case may be.Onuachu though good on the ball but his unwillingness and vigourless movements would deny him a good shift with super eagles unfortunately.
The super eagles are at per in standards with teams in the top 5 European football. The players we have are playing at that level so when your quality is not at per with your teammates you tends to struggle.Could be the reason he struggled in England where the football quality and demands are quite high.

Which one is your own? Na your finger I dey take type? Abi na your wifi I dey use?
That your case that you rested, abeg rest am well well.
If you read my posts and understood them, you would not have spilled out the rubbish even gutter would have utterly rejected from your mouth. You would have seen that I support the team as a whole, not any individual.
The next time you see Onuachu, why not shoot him dead? That solves the problem permanently. A dead Onuachu can no longer be invited because he is useless, according to you. A useless person that has played and scored goals for his country. Oga, you that is not useless, what have you achieved in your life? Since you open your rotten teeth to call another person useless, then kindly demonstrate what a useful person looks like!
I have said over and over and over again that Onuachu has been RIGHTLY EXCLUDED because he is CURRENTLY NOT ONE OF OUR BEST, ON CURRENT FORM. However, for me, I choose to leave the door open for the lad in future. If he improves and the coaches decide they need him, I see absolutely nothing wrong with that. If you have a problem with that, I respect your opinion. But my man, you can’t force your biases on me. You can take that to the bank!
I have said it, shouted it, screamed it, sotey even the deaf can hear me.
Maybe Mr. Erstinoh’s web page is loading too slowly, and is not allowing him to properly read my posts.
I AM NOT ADVOCATING FOR ONUACHU’S INVITATION. TO EVEN THINK THAT IS ABSOLUTELY LUDICROUS!
IF YOU ARE SO UNEMPLOYED THAT YOU HAVE THE TIME TO RUN A FINE TOOTHCOMB THRU ALL MY POSTS REGARDING THIS YOUNG MAN, YOU WOULD SEE THAT UNEQUIVOCALLY!
For me, Onuachu is a decent striker. THIS IS MY OPINION.
I feel that although others have been selected ahead of him for now, AND RIGHTLY SO BASED ON CURRENT FORM, that does not mean Onuachu should be permanently cast aside. If situation changes, perhaps he becomes better, or our preferred strikers today lose form or otherwise become unavailable, we should be able to call on him, if he’s available.
This is my stand. You don’t have to agree with me. That’s the beauty of healthy debating.
Nigeria strikers, e te pa mo se ooo! Make unu try ooo!
Some fans expect you to score goals, service or no service. And the excuse is that you can’t expect quality service from your colleagues, who are professional footballers, BECAUSE THERE ISN’T ENOUGH TIME FOR TRAINING.
LMAO!
I guess it’s not just a rabbit you have to pull out of your wazoo. The expectation is that you have to wave your magic wand to and fro, and pull out a donkey or a giraffe!
Nigeria strikers, make unu try ooo! E TE PA MO SE OOO!
loooool. Abeg shout am out. Professionals who can’t give decent cross. Players who play like underage. Even corner kicks look ridiculous. And they expect magic. No be so dem shout during Ghana’s game, all their almighty strikers couldn’t score a goal, but yet na ex-players fault. Was Bassey not gasping for air in that game, but yet he is a professional. O ma se o
Hahaha, awon strikers wa ru igi oyin.
Our strikers are in problem.
If you are a Nigeria striker, you better be ready to run helter skelter all over the pitch like a headless chicken, because service will not be given to you since time no dey to train!
O ma se indeed!
