Super Eagles and their officials took time off from their intensive training programme on Friday to enjoy boat cruise and have a feel of the City of Ismailia, reports Completesports.com.
The three-time African champions arrived Ismaila on last Sunday for the final lap of their preparations for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations.
The players and their coaches cruised on the Suez Canal to cool off on Friday morning.
“We took time off our tough #TotalAFCON2019 training routine this morning to go on a tour of the Suez Canal in Ismailia. Very pleasant experience #SoarSuperEagles #Team9jaStrong,” reads a tweet on the official Twitter handle of the Super Eagles.
Gernot Rohr’s charges will take on the Terangha Lions of Senegal in their last friendly game at the Ismailia Stadium on Sunday.
The Super Eagles are in Group B of AFCON 2019 and they will begin their campaign against Burundi on June 22.
They will round up their group outings against the Syli National of Guinea on June 26 and debutants Madagascar on June 30.

you people are just doing things to offend omo9ja, when Denneby and super falcons are talking tough and training very seriously for the next match. Abeg ooo, we don’t have the means to appease the gods of our babalawo omo9ja ooo…..lolz
Instead of you people to be training seriously you are there unwinding and talking and laughing. I hope this wont make you forget the task at hand.
Is it a crime to cool off, seems you two above have been blind when they all returned from hectic season and training hard in Asaba and in Egypt. Please lads, enjoy yourselves. All work and no play makes jack a dull boy.
Are they robot? All training without unwinding makes a team a lethargic team . Sight seeing during camping is not limited to Super Eagles only, every other team does it but it may not be reported. There’s nothing bad in it,it’s a way of taking pressure off the players and makes them fresh mentally.
Even ROBOT sef dey take time off for repairs and maintenance na. Body no be firewood!
Guys lets be honest we have no chance against France the moment we lost to Norway so its a end of story and we hope for better days at the next edition.
Our girls need a change of mentality and believe plus proper officiating as experienced against Korea we will be there!
For now no expectations but kudos for the win against South Korea. Na we dey talk am as e dey be!
Good one guy. TGIF in camp
Well done o Super Eagles. Enjoyment berekete abi? Continue….. I see you in the middle there my lovely coach Oga Rohr with your face cap.
Your people said you people are taking pressure off. This is serious ooo.
The tournament haven’t started yet and my Super Eagles team is taking pressure off, really? Ahahaha. Continue taking pressure off but don’t complain that the temperature in Egypt is bad o.
If you like, sleep in the water to have more fun, no wahala. Nothing wrong with that but when it’s matter most, if you fail to deliver then, kasala go burst o.
However, thanks for the compliments o Mr. Nice lol. Don’t worry, you and Doctor. Drey, our Super Falcons will surprised you guys on Monday.
When you have a game plan with a little bit of luck and prayer, you can do anything.
The only thing this our Super Falcons have to do on Monday night against France is this. Don’t let them playing their game on Monday. Don’t give them space to operate and finish them with counter attack. 1+1=2
Hmmmm, you Doctor. Drey, can you give me a minute out of your time please? You are systematically turning omo9ja into an herbalist? You knew so much about Ifa and Òpęlè abi?
Are you a traditional herbalist? If yes, we are taking Akpeyi and co to your place ooo. Including Òga Rohr so that you can blessed them before Afcon.
I think you are a native Doctor because you knew so much about Oracle.
Na play, na play, you are becoming Abijarabiękun and Fadeyi Oloro of our time lol. Continue with your Oracle o, Dr. Consult your Ifa and Ope over our Super Eagles and Super Falcons o. Wonder shall never ends lol.
God bless Nigeria!!!
U guys can embark on whale cruise, don’t really care, but no excuses or tactical blunders when the real things starts oooooo
Gernet rhor, ayam begging you, let dem fly our flag so high again on the continent…….#Godbless9ja,#soareagles,…#strong9ja, #Afcon2019,
