Imagine a league 1 material being forced on the super eagles first 11 just because he knows somebody…
Thunder will fire these men.
Now the German coach has refused the job of the super eagles because of certain men who have vowed to kill the beautiful game of football in this country..
If we love our football Nigerian fans should come together, come with black shirt and protest come next week Saturday when Nigeria takes on Benin. We must not win every game.. if this protest can reclaim our football from these wolfs so be it..
We must fight against corrupt nff leaders.. enough is enough
See the shame these northern cows Muhammed Sanusi and Ibrahim gusou has brought on this country is it nit yet time to stop these idiots let the worst happen imagine the disgrace and shamelessnes these evil men will never die well satan will purnish them for the evil they are doing in this land this land will vomit them and their generations from its surface
Nigeria is a scam as a country for now. Everything is wrong in Nigeria. God show your divine mercy
So many Nigerian players sadly languish from one backwater league to another. But to move from Tanzanian League to League One in England is progress somewhat.
So I am very happy for Tanimu. If he plays his cards well and fortune shines on him, he could be playing in the English Championship or Scottish Premiership next season (should he secure a transfer) .
A very hard working centre back with decent marking and interception skills, Tanimu did well in Super Eagles colours. Playing in England with give him greater visibility and make watching highlights of his games more accessible.
Good luck to Tanimu!
Can you imagine? This is the clueless player Finidi George imposed on the Super Eagles, even featuring him in back-to-back World Cup qualifier games.
Yet, some people are still clamoring for Indigenous coaches for the SE.
He could even get a move to a Championship side!
Perhaps he paid Finidi to feature him for the Super Eagles games so that he could get a UK work permit for this move.
Indigenous coaches are a scam… Finidi should be ashamed of himself for whatever shady deal he struck with this dude and his minders…
I hope finidi gets his own 20% commission from this deal.
Afterall, a labourer deserves his wages.
This is the special talent for whom the likes of Ogbu, Torunarigha, John Pius, Olisah Ndah were all sacrificed.
Next “home-based” please….!!!
Hahaha! 🙂
It’s an upgrade… keep working Tanimu
It’s so sad. They will even carry out this nonesense before our very eyes. After all nobody can do anything or query them.
It was clear Finidi and some nff officials had an agenda with tanimu.
Now they can get their commission.
We need to go back to the days of vice president aikhomu during ibb era and westerhof was the coach.
We need a top government official to put these people in check or else we will never progress with our football.
That period was the period we were able to cook and prepare one of most successful teams from Africa
Shame in these ex players of that time who can’t do what westerhof did at that time.
I even learned siasia wants to come back. If he is off FIFA hook does that make him free of the bribery allegations.
And even salisu. Now the shameful act of finidi. Hmmm. God be with Nigeria.
I hope Benin will not come to disgrace us in Saturday.
We already know this drill.
All the clamor for the inclusion of homebased players in the SE under the guise of “many talents in the league” is not development motivate. It’s more about how some interests pockets will get lined.
So-called talents who can’t earn deals straight up into top European leagues like academy players are doing…?
We know the drill….invite Mr A, give him 4 caps to market him and raise his trasfer value to six digits, ship him to whatever backwater leagues that accomodates players of NPFL quality and then next to Mr B.
Will Mr A ever subsequently be good enough to be invited to the SE…..?! Hell No.
Not even finidi who invited him when he was a homebased will invite him now that he’s a “foreign based” in the English 3rd division.
It still baffles me how a player would be good enough for the national team as a homebased and become not good enough for the national team the moment he makes a move abroad.
The height of self deceit..!!!
That guy is a good defender, thank God he will play in Europe so that his game will be brushed
