Stuttgart have ruled out allowing Benjamin Pavard to join Bayern Munich in the January transfer window.
Pavard has agreed to join the Bavarian giants at the end of the season in a 35million euros deal but reports have claimed Bayern are keen to land the French World Cup winner in the winter window.
Bayern are ready to increase the transfer fee by a further 10m euros if Stuttgart allow Pavard to move to the Allianz Arena in January.
Stuttgart are 16th in the Bundesliga table and a point adrift of safety and have no intention of allowing Pavard to move on as they battle to retain their top flight status.
Sporting director Michael Reschke has moved to put an end to the speculation regarding the 22-year-old defender as he says Pavard remain with Stuttgart until the end of the campaign.
“Pavard will stay with us. An early transfer is not an issue at all,” Reschke told AZ.
