Tottenham’s hopes of signing Paulo Dybala appear to have been dashed as the striker is keen to stay and fight for his place with Juventus. The Argentina striker has had his nose pushed out of joint in Turin following the arrival of Cristiano Ronaldo, and reports have linked him with a move away from the Bianconeri.
Tottenham are said to be in the hunt as they look to take the pressure off Harry Kane, while Manchester United have also been linked with a move for the South American.
However, any hopes of a deal have been dashed as it is now claimed that Dybala has been boosted by the arrival of new boss Maurizio Sarri and is ready to fight for his place. Whether Tottenham were ready to bid for the 25-year-old remains to be seen, but for now he appears to be staying put in Turin.
