Tottenham skipper Hugo Lloris says the players take full responsibility for their recent poor run and admits they must all improve. Having looked comfortable in third spot in the Premier League recently, Spurs have hit the buffers, with just one point from their last 12 which puts their top-four spot in jeopardy.

Lloris says the players must up their game if they want to turn their form around and get the season back on track. Speaking to the Mirror, the Frenchman said, “Obviously, we have spoken a lot about the last few games as a team and it is just about everyone giving that little bit more, individually and as a team, to help bring that level of consistency back.
“The Southampton game is the best example – we had a good first half, then we dropped our level of performance and let them get back into the game. “In the Premier League, it is not possible to play like this. You need consistency, so that is what we’re looking for over the rest of the season.”
