Coach Luciano Spalletti is looking for an improvement from his Inter players when they take on Parma in Serie A on Saturday.
Inter are on a poor run of results, with a draw and two defeats in their last three games and, although third in the Italian top-flight table, are 20 points adrift of table-topping Juventus.

Spalletti has been in the post since June 2017 but, despite being backed by the board earlier this week, rumors suggest he could be replaced by Jose Mourinho at the San Siro.
That is unlikely to happen until the end of the season and, for now, the former Roma chief just wants a reaction from his men. “We’ve been lacking that final piece of immense quality,” he told reporters.
“It happens to every team who lose players to injuries and suspensions, then there are digressions related to the transfer market. “It’s the whole unit that can make us avoid certain pitfalls.
Everyone has to improve. Given our recent results, everything can be questioned. “There’s a lot of our professional quality at stake and we have to get out of this run, but we can’t throw everything away.”
