Moses Simon has been shortlisted for Nantes’ Man of the Match award following their 3-1 win against Anger in the French Ligue 1 on Sunday.
Nantes recorded their first win in three months under new manager Antoine Kombouaré.
Simon capped his impressive performance for his side by putting them ahead just four minutes into the game.
The Super Eagles winger will slug it out with three other players for the club’s best player of the game.
The winner of the award will be decided by votes cast by the club fans.
Despite Sunday’s win, Nantes are currently in the relegation play-off spot in 18th place.
