Sheyi Ojo has joined Cardiff City on a season-long loan from Liverpool.
Ojo, 23, spent last term at Ibrox but struggled to nail down a regular starting role under Steven Gerrard.
Now, the Anfield fringe man has been shipped out to the English Championship for a FOURTH time, having had previous stints at Wigan, Wolves and Fulham.
He said: “I’ve got a point to prove and I’m really excited for the new challenge.

“Cardiff City is a massive club with great fans and great players – hopefully I can show what I can do here and fit right in.
“Wherever the ball is, I want to be involved in the game as much as possible.
“I’m delighted to get here in time for a full week’s training with the team ahead of the first home game this Saturday.
“Now it’s important that we start right.”Ojo scored five goals in 22 starts for Rangers last season, including a crucial Europa League winner against Feyenoord.
He could make his Bluebirds debut in this weekend’s Championship opener against Sheffield Wednesday.

why do we go after foreign born players, when fifa will not approve them? ademola have switch since january, uptill now, nothing has been done about by fifa.
ejaria switch for the past 4months yet fifa could not approve.
when will players like adarabioye get approved?
my understanding fifa is a scam.
It’s a process
There is a process that has to be followed. An application to switch will have to wait for the following:
1. For the appropriate committee to sit, they do not jump every time an application is made, rather the applications sit for the date in the calendar that is designated for the committee meeting to look at the application
2. A cooling off period. Just like a trial period, just like when a person enters into a contract, there is a period set aside to ensure due diligence is followed, to ensure that the person is not being forced into the change or making a rash decision.
These things are not as simple as a statement “I want to play, I have a passport”. There is paperwork to fill, file and process and there are legal implications to fulfil and a timeline to follow
The process was hampered by pandemic. I believe very soon It will be finalized
“why do we go after foreign born players, when fifa will not approve them?”…but same FIFA approved Iwobi, Moses, Ola Aina, Ehizibue..??
Please be patient and stop drawing wrong conclusions
But sheyi ojo is not an upgrade to what we have already.
