Super Eagles striker, Victor Osimhen was on target for the second game in a row as Napoli defeated Lecce 4-0 in Saturday’s Serie A game.
The Nigerian international who has now netted five goals in seven league matches, was a constant threat on Lecce defence.
Napoli opened the floodgate of goals in the 16th minute through Østigård before Osimhen scored the second goal in the 51st minute.

Gaetano made the game safe for Napoli when he scored in the 88th minute before Politano converted a penalty to extend the lead to 4-0.
The win move Napoli to third on 14 point in the league while Lecce sit 7th on 11 points.
Reacall that Osimhen’s agent Roberto Calenda has rescinded his decision to pursue legal action against Napoli following the recent controversy surrounding the mocking TikTok video.
The Nigeria international was infuriated by the two TikTok videos that went viral this week.
The first video mocked his penalty miss against Bologna and the second compared him to a coconut.
