Tyronne Ebuehi will miss out on Venezia’s Serie A tie against Juventus this very weekend through a hamstring issue but his fellow Nigerian compatriot, David Okereke could be in action.
Seeking to snap their eight-game losing streak and begin a late push from the drop zone, Venezia take a trip to the Allianz Stadium to square off with Juventus on Sunday evening.
Ebuehi was also ruled out of Venezia’s 3-1 Serie A defeat against Atalanta BC at the Stadio Pierluigi Penzo last weekend because he is currently on the sidelines with a hamstring injury.
Ebuehi who has made 18 Serie A appearances for Venezia this term with a yellow card to his name was also not listed when Venezia suffered a 1-0 defeat to Fiorentina a fortnight ago.
On the other hand, the right full-back’s fellow countryman, Okereke was in action against Atalanta and the striker was even included in the starting line-up but fired blanks once again.
The 24-year-old who was replaced by Dennis Johnsen in the 61st minute has so far netted six goals and weighed in with one other assist in 28 league appearances for Venezia this season.
