Rabbi Matondo worked his way into the area with a clever bit of skill to get past Michee Efete.
He delivered the ball low across the box for the arriving striker to tap into an empty net.
The 29-year-old has now scored five goals in six games across all competitions for the Light Blue this season.
His compatriot Leon Balogun also featured from the start for Rangers in the game.

Now, who is the most consistent and honest Nigerian striker we have at the moment? Dessers.
