Andre Schurrle is set to spend the 2019-20 season on loan with Spartak Moscow after ending his Fulham spell early. The 28-year-old is still on the books at Borussia Dortmund but it seems he is not in coach Lucien Favre’s plans.

Having spent last season with the Cottagers, he opted to return to BVB after the west Londoners suffered relegation to the Championship and will be off to Russia for the next campaign. According to Russian outlet Championat, Spartak will take the man capped 57 times by Germany on a one-year loan with the option to buy outright for 8million euros next summer.
Schurrle arrived at Dortmund in 2016 but, after 33 Bundesliga appearances over two seasons, it seems he has no future at Westfalenstadion despite having two years left on his contract.
