Eden Hazard could be rested as Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri is expected to make a number of changes against Slavia Prague. The Blues have travelled to the Czech Republic for the Europa League quarter-final first leg clash tonight, but there is a chance that Hazard will start on the bench.

The Belgium international was outstanding, scoring both goals in the 2-0 Premier League win over West Ham United on Monday night, but Sarri has suggested the playmaker is tired. And with a league clash with Liverpool also on the horizon this weekend, changes are afoot with Sarri revealing “five or six” could be rested against Slavia.
“I want to wait until tomorrow and then I will decide [on his availability],” said Sarri on Wednesday, when asked over whether Hazard will play. “Of course, we have to play in Liverpool three days after.”
