Gernot Rohr says he will make a decision on his future as Super Eagles coach after Wednesday’s AFCON 2019 Third-Place match against the Carthage Eagles of Tunisia, Completesports.com reports.
The German has come under intense criticism following the Super Eagles’ 2-1 defeat to the Desert Foxes of Algeria in their semifinal clash on Sunday.
President of the Nigeria Football Federation, Amaju Pinnick, stated on Monday night that the soccer house will retain the former Bordeaux coach despite widespread calls for his removal.
However Rohr has hinted that he will provide answers on whether he will remain in the job or call it quits.
“For now, we have a match to play on Wednesday. It is important to finish the competition on a high. After the game tomorrow, I will come out with a statement on my future,” Rohr said.
The Super Eagles, Tunisia clash will take place at the Al Salam Stadium Cairo on Wednesday. Kickoff is 8pm Nigerian time.

Maybe the fire brigade fans squad and hire-and-fire, blood-baying mob have finally succeeded in driving Rohr away. Their tantrums have finally got to the man’s ears and he’s shocked. No patience. No continuity. Yet we want progress.
Hoping that Gernot Rohr stays. He has built a solid team. Those calling for his exit will offer nothing. Knowing Nigeria it will take us a long long time to get another coach who will start his own rebuilding process. Stay Rohr.
Yes,sincerely speaking,Gernot Rohr score card so far with Nigeria is worthy of Commendation. To be camdid, you can not give what you dont have, how do we expect an optimal Result from the Coach, when 90% of our players doesnt play nor feature in the first eleven of European top leagues. If the truth is to be told,Goalkeeping Department tends to be the Major issue of Super Eagles, which NFF should go an extral mile globally in search of Quality Goalkeepers of Nigeria descent to fortify the team. For now.i dont think we have a reputable Goalkeeper that could stand a test of time for us in a tournament.Vincent Enyinama,Super Eagles 2013 AFCON,Goakeeper, contributed immensely as Champions of Afcon 2013,due to his Superlatives performers at the goalpost.Gernot Rohr got us World Cup 2018 ticket,in Russia, and even got the 2019 AFCON 2019,took us as far as Semi fimals,if not for the inexceperince and horrible Goalkeeper that we had,we could have in the Finals, and win the AFCON Tournament.Lets be appreciative to Gernot Rohr and his team, for a job well done so far.Retained him and give him all neccessary support, particularly in the areas of Scouting of Reputable Goalkeepers and Players of Nigeria descent.Because i forsee a Gernot Rohr taking our Football to Greater heights soonest.
I have never seen a German who has the type of mentality that this GR has, the way he appears to be Very COMFORTABLE WITH DEFEAT, not that he should go crazy when loosing but he doesn’t inspire confidence at all_ his always undisturbed or unperturbed when facing defeats or after he had lost especially after his one and only scripted plan is not really working’
Rohr hasn’t got passion 4 this Job to him its just business as usual(if it works ok, if it doesn’t well I can’t come and kill myself) this white man don’t think we blacks deserve the best after all we ain’t betterof wen he came_ Rohrs ideology is quite mediocre, this man just said we lost to d best team at afcon semis and therefore it’s no shame’ it’s like he has ear problems cos he should have heard d fans at d stands shouting “when Nigeria Beat BRAZIL so it’s not New for us to compete with a good team cos we have never seen ourselves as inferior to any opponent not especially now we feel we are blessed with the arsenals to shoot down teams. Even the South African coach knows our boys play better and higher football but yet he inspires confidence in his team that they can beat us and we saw what happened twice at Uyo and just recently against Egypt_ Rohr has giving the best he can offer, plus Age is not on his side he should have rest after this afcon cos I don’t know what else pinnick wants him to learn about in that course at bayern…
Nigeria needs a young coach from Africa maybe not a Nigerian (Zero Transparency) afterall Tanzania hired Amunike. Coaches are hired to be fired at will it’s normal nothing special in it_ 2022 is a long time from now to fix things right starting with the sack of Rohr.
Ndi be-anyi ndewo nu!!
Thank you for saying it the way it is.
That’s the way forward?
Oga go and sleep,
Rohr has taken the team to a certain level. We need a better tactician to provide the final push
Coach Rohr is not competent to handle SE. I reviewed his coaching profile before his appointment, he was a failure both in Europe and Africa.
If not for corruption the NFF should not have hired a coach that was fired by Chad and Niger Republic
SE play defensive football. no formation, no tactics. The opposition team have 70% possession. We won by luck against SA and Cameroon and it is unfair for Algeria who play entertaining football to lose.
Lastly, Coach Rohr must go.
Thank You. Nigerians are hypocrites. Can they let this man stay, another coach will start bringing different players all over again. Everybody including Odegbami are coaches to teach him his job. So sad.
I won’t be surprised if Rohr quits. I said it before. He is a very disciplined, humble guy, never for once complained of not being payed despite NFf payment delays sometimes, can’t fault NFF anyway for that. Too much senseless insults. Will surely take a miracle for him to remain on d job. Lets see how whoever might come will move how football forward.
I agree with you Glory. Let the critics do whatever they want with GR. How I wish he remains unruffled in spite of the noise making from the bunch of retrogressives.
Lol he doesnt complain about not been paid cos super eagles is a business venture for him and his nff cohorts..he makes much more than his salaries..if u know u know
Bad news for Nigerian soccer if this guy goes. All these touts raining insults on Oga Rohr never considered for once that the man may have options. Let the ex-cricket player take over and win that coveted WC for us.
Mr Rohr may God be with you even if you decide to resign i have no problems with that. Be assured that we love you despite unnessary criticism from impatient fans. You did well under difficult circumstances.
A local coach will come in and leave out Ekong and Balogun. He will label them too soft for African football then Call up Aminu Umar, Sadiq Umar, Onazi, Ogu, Onuachu, Nwakaeme, Fidelis Irene, Sylvester Ighoun and co. Start building the team all over again. I don’t have a problem with Rohr been sacked or decide to quit or resign. If he must be replaced it should be with a top class foreign coach better than him. But can we afford a world class coach with the state of our infrastructures???
Non of our local coaches even if given all the support required they will still succumb to bribery and corruption eventually. Sharing match bonuses with certain players. I prefer him to stay for the sake of continuity. Keep the core of these players and continue to scout for better goalkeepers and midfielders. At least now we’ve seen the light in the midfield trio of Etebo Ndidi and Iwobi. There are the likes of Azubuike(just signed for Istanbul Basaksehir), Nwakali Brothers(They must be settled at club level) Dennis Bonaventure all on the radar of the gaffer.
Continuity kę? Lagomelo? Ayphillydegreat, after the world you guys said the coach have to continue with his job because he have to finish what he started.
We patriotic Nigerians wasn’t satisfied with the decision but elders have to take heart which we did. Now you guys have started again?
I know that you guys love to have Oyinbo as a Nigerian coach but we can’t continue that way. Colour doesn’t play football but brain does.
It shows that Super Eagles team are bigger than coach Rohr and his assistant coaches to control or coach.
My friend Ayphillydegreat and his group, you guys should support we patriotic Nigerians because that is the only way that leads to success.
In few months from now, you guys will see the different.
The Incoming coach Amunike and his crew, Obur, Peter Rufai and Kanu will make us proud. If you truly love your Country, it is now we going to know. God bless Nigeria!!!
Laago mẹtala ni. Ṣebi Na you wan win WorldCup with Amuneke and Obuh, Siasia, and Mr runaway Oliseh as the SuperEagles coaches. The fact that you came up with those names shows how smart you are. You’re the one that condemned Keshi for his tactical flaws during his reign, you call him gather and play. I’m sure you will do the same to Amuneke Oliseh Obuh and Siasia if they fail to qualify for the next AFCON.
I don’t know if Oliseh has managed a college team since he got released from his previous coaching job in the Dutch second division. What was Obuh last major coaching job??? And for which team???? Siasia hasn’t coached any Nigerian feeders team since the Olympics in 2016. Amuneke that failed to qualify the core of his U17 winning team to the U20 AFCON.
He took Tanzania to the AFCON after 39 years, but he wasn’t the one who started the qualifiers and they were lucky that Uganda had already qualified in the last fixture. At the AFCON what happened??? They couldn’t even go home with a single point. Maybe I can accept him as an assistant to Rohr where he can learn the ropes of becoming a successful manager. Or better still go back to the U20 and take them to win the U20 WorldCup first before even sniffing the SuperEagles post.
In fact the only name that I will prefer to work with Rohr is Daniel Amokachi. All of you armchair critics of Rohr are just shouting every where on the comfort of your sofas sack Rohr sack Rohr, but none of you can come up with a reputable name like Amokachi to come in as an assistant to Rohr so as to help with his experience under keshi to continue with the steady progress of returning the SuperEagles to the glory days. Can you imagine??? But they believe Amuneke Obuh Oliseh Mr runaway and Siasia who is in turmoil at the moment to come and take us to win the WorldCup LEEEMAOO!!!! I laugh in Yoruba. ABẸẸ TI WIN WORLDCUPU NI??
They told you Kanu went for coaching Bach. Nonsense talk
My brother follow me ask this over sabi fools in this forum, who told dem say kanu wan become coach,it pains me when i see dat it is some igbo guys are the people typing rubish here, anyway i dnt blame dem because no light in eastern side of nija, they dnt usualy watch matches, dey only hear the results frm people dat hav i pass my neighbour,
Ubah once again i find you insulting here your father is a fool your mother is an imbecile have a bad day. I wil be looking out for more insults from you so that i give it back to you stupid pikin.
Exactly, that’s why I never want a local coach to be in charge of our Super Eagles
Gernot Rohr has done very well and should be allowed to stay if he so wishes. The critics, including the local coaches in Nigeria have nothing to offer. GR has gradually brought discipline back to the Super Eagles set up. What he needs mow is to gradually change and brood in a new set of goal-keepers/goal tenders to take over from the likes of Akpeyi and Ezenwa, and also suitable replacements for old players like Mikel Obi, etc who are finally due for Super Eagles retirement.
There is no good local Nigerian coach who can handle the Super Eagles as of now, that is the simple truth. Gernot Rohr should be allowed to stay if he so wishes. Thanks.
Thank you so much for what you have done for us within the 3 years of your service. I omo9ja appreciate your efforts. I love you and God bless you sir Oga Rohr.
It is time for us to move beyond this level. We don’t have team yet but individual players.
We need a coach with action and whom can build a fearless team for Nigeria.
We need a coach that can build a team that will have everything in the team. Such as free kick taker, good goalkeepers, wingers and good strikers.
They are out there waiting for the new coach. I can’t wait to see the action to begins.
Oga Rohr have tried his best and I wish him the best of luck in his new Journey. So sad but we have to move on. God bless Nigeria!!!
Ore mi alabosi, pasan tafi na iyale wa lori aja fun iyawo o. Ise owo e a maa to e leyin ni o.ire oo
@Omo9ja is that Mr Rohr sack letter? You are economically with the truth and more so a hypocrite. If Rohr is sacked or he decides to go I don’t have problems with that but the names you are suggesting are not capable. You kept mentioning arrogant oliseh that went in search of players not good enough for their clubs bench and the result, we drew against Seychelles away he abandoned the team and we missed afcon 2017. If we must get a new coach NFF should go for a foreign coach with proven records. Peter Rufia is good to take over from a disappointing Alloy Agu. We’ve got fantastic players and Rohr should continue the good work his doing but need capable assistance to get the very best from this players.
See oooh
You to make decision or you will be forcefully ejected out of this country.
Even if clueless NFF wishes to retain, be it known to u Rohr that, that seat shall be uncomfortable for u.
Amen.
We shall continue to resist u until u leave or resign.
Don’t try 9ja.
If u know what’s good for u, follow Egypt and go back to Germany or where ever u came from or better still go and enjoy with ur wife in Madagascar.
Thank u for bringing shame and disgrace to he nation’s color during ur spell.
I bet u guys Rhor is feeling the heat.
Go Rhor go.
Welcome Arsen wenger
In wildest dream.
You people talk too much, when are you going to stop complaining? I wouldn’t matter come to manage the team. You win or lose complain. Complaining over players and coaches. This guys are putting their body and mind for the good of this country even when they insulted by the government or the people, they still still serve you. In what way have you serve them or the country? Think about it
I want a coach dat can play hard football. Total football. We needed it. Teach our team to be strong. Every team just chancing nigeria. Bene Republic would ve stress eagles. Madagascar did same . Must eagles win by luck. U wil see wat tunisia wil do dem today. I m not sayin dey wil loss .but would dey play strong .Capita NO. Zambia came to torment eagles in uyo.if not d referree. Against cameroon in uyo we saw good game even against Algeria. Since den the team have been playing as if dey are afraid of every other team.wat is d problem. I remember eagles beating Zimbabwe kenya bokinafaso etc on their soil . Can dis happen again. With dis rebuildin eagles. Madagascar is praying to meet eagles again while I m sure eagles are praying to avoid madagascar in coming competitions. Dont let me talk of ghana cote de voire Algeria. Egpyt cameroon. Benin mali s africa Zambia etc
Why is everyone condemning the coach not the players, the commitment of the players is very poor, they themselves are disgrace to the country. Let us all know this simple theory”the coach will not enter the field and play the game for them” is there individual responsibilities to go in the competition and make the nation proud.
The coach tactics and game plan was whack.
His substitution killed us in the game.
He even said in an interview that he thought the Algerians were tired and so wanted his players to defend until extra 30 minutes. That’s highly irritating, irrational and unacceptable.
What he transmits to his team is what the team exudes.
His tactics is what the players manifest.
A team is as good as the coach, simple.
In this tournament of 5 games so far,he has gotten his tactics right in only 2 games…..south Africa and Cameroon.
Leave the players alone. A tired player that needed substitution can’t change himself by himself.
I’m just seriously aggrieved because we would have beaten Algeria if the coach was right in his approach, game plan, substitution and instructions down the touch line.
Shut up u dont knw anything in football, all this country u mentioned here are where the day super eagles was playing semi final of this afcon,u people jst inter here and typing rubish,
@pascal hahahaha lol i can never have a bad day ok,if i like i will stay in my house for 3 weeks my acc bal wil keep increasing,am not poor like u,is u want i will give u my facebook acc u will see the person ur talking to,porverty like u.
Drop your fake ass fbk acc and i will purge even more. Confirm illiterate all the way from Sambisa forest.
Wonder how you manage to appear from nowhere commenting abuses here and there to people who i can vouch are of higher class than you. One advice youre not just a nuisance but save your data so you don’t go hungry like the released mad dog always hunting for who to bite.
Jobless bastard, lolz i heard u say u will put ur life hahaha,i laugh because ur life is finished already through ur prostu mother,go and insult ur father if u have one anywhere b/c i knw u dnt have,my life is well secured my little poor @pascal.jobless bastard,
It’s really funny that someone is advocating for the Nwakalis when there are better ones playing regularly for their first team (not youth team). Same way they overhyped Iheanacho till that young guy in Leicester turned him to a bench warmer.
We need to be considerate with the ways we overhype some players at the expense of those playing regularly just for ethnic or paddy paddy reasons. Players like Ajagun, Bonaventure, Awo, Semi, Okere, Odey etc. have been consistent over the years and need deserve to be considered in the next phase of SE.
I would engage Oliseh, Rangers coach, Amokachi, Fuiidi and Rufai as next managers of SE
Iheanacho would’ve been better than the Iroko tree Onuachu you always shout about before the AFCON. What did your overhyped Onuachu did at the AFCON? I talked about the Nwakalis because at least they both won U17 WorldCups for Nigeria and I mentioned that they have to be settled at their clubs if they want to be called up to the SuperEagles. All the players you mentioned have all been called up to the SuperEagles by Rohr or on the radar of the coach so nothing new. You’re even talking about Ajagun when there’s Azubuike Okechukwu.
Oga Rhor, you’ve tried. We appreciate you.
But its time to move on. Your job involves hire and fire!! No big deal. Please let your decision be to leave the super eagles. We learnt that some of your squad members were angry with your selection, substitution and tactics which almost brew a bad blood in this team. You are surely deficient in most areas. Your tactical prowess is inconsistent, reading of matches is most times nonexistent. We don’t have a pattern of play ,sometimes we are at a loss in the field, you don’t inspire confidence in your team, you seem too soft, etc.
With the pool of talents in Nigeria, we should be to Africa what Brazil is to south America but no good scouting is done. You are too afraid to take risks and very rigid.
Thanks for your services.
Its time to go Mr.
Sorry bro. He will remain the coach as long as the NFF wants him. His tactical prowess is inconsistent, but he has only lost 3 games to African opponents in 3 years. He has the second highest of wins in Nigeria’s football history. He is deficient in most areas, but he took us to the AFCON after failing to qualify for the previous two. It is always easy to sit on a sofa to condemn someone, but when he wins his detractors are nowhere to be found.
Bro, I don’t totally agree with you.
Qualifying us for AFCON in a group that consisted of south Africa,Libya and Seychelles isn’t actually something we should be jumping about.
This guy also created unwanted records for us viz-a-viz, south Africa beating us at home and Madagascar beating us in a tournament. It has never happened. We don’t,shouldn’t and are not supposed to struggle against these teams with our talent- pools and naija dogged spirit.
If Rhor does good, like his game plan against Cameroon and south Africa,I praise him. But if he goofs like all our group games and game against Algeria, I’ll sure bash him. That’s his job where he gets paid salary with other numerous emolument.
You don’t expect my boss to keep clapping for me when my performance is inconsistent especially when I have every resources to succeed made available to me. He will surely show me the door.
Mr Rhor should just do the honorable.
“We don’t,shouldn’t and are not supposed to struggle against these teams with our talent- pools and naija dogged spirit.” LEEEMAOO!!! Which pool of talents??? How many of our players are playing at Barcelona, Madrid, Juventus, Inter, AC Milan, ManU??? What is the state of our league compared to the North Africans???? With the pool of talents we have why did we fail to qualify for the last two AFCON??? Aren’t those pool of talents available to the coaches that failed to qualify us for two consecutive AFCON????
A coach came in introduced a host of young potentials, and since then came in he has only lost 3 competitive matches on the African continent. Maybe you don’t know what consistency means. He qualified for two major tournaments that is consistency. He has the second highest number of wins in Nigeria’s football history second only to Westerhof, that to me is consistency I don’t know about you.
What resources does he have to succeed apart from the salary and bonuses they pay him?? When Rohr came in most of our players are playing in backwater leagues, now most our youngsters are playing in top five leagues in Europe with only a couple in other parts of the world. And you call that inconsistent?? A coach reached the semifinals of a major tournament after your local coaches failed to qualify for two AFCON and you call that inconsistent?? The SuperEagles are steadily rising back to the glory days and you call that inconsistent???
Like I said it is easy to sit on a armchair and discuss tactics all the time, condemn a coach as much as we like. If given the chance to coach a Street 11 that’s where they get exposed. Ask Thierry Henry as much as he criticized Arsene Wenger all the time for his tactics how did he fare at Monaco??? Paul Scholes who criticizes Mourinho all the time how many days did he spend at a third tier club in England??? Take it or leave it SuperEagles battle till the end we lost to a better side on the day and the future is bright for this young team.
Hmmm…I’ve been laughing since morning.
Someone qualified some set of people here to be TOUT…and when I read there posts one by one it really shows..hehehe.
And mind you..the so called TOUTs in the house, I didn’t mention Names and I didn’t specify whether u support or against Rohr..but go back and read all ur posts against and see where you belong urself.
…..you these TOOOOUTZZZ! Herrera!
Mr. Man you’re just a Zombie, or if not then tell us ur own opinion or ur stand on the subject matter and stop whining like a Ghanian who got fingered in the ass……
Oga Rhor is doing pretty good and we should all support him and give him good advice like kicking that Goal keeper ( EKPEYI) off our team, Uzoho should retain his spot with Ezenwa. nothing else, we have a good prolific, motivating and, promising team that will stand in strong for us in the next nations cup and world cup. lets keep them together and work hard.
Please can we snap out of this delusion of being giants of Africa. How many AFCON did the likes of Odegbami, Chukwu, Amesiamaka and co win in their era? If we are giants of Africa, what do we call 7 time champions Egypt, or Ghana and Cameroon? Do we think we are the only country that produces talented players. Other African countries do now, and football is now big business.
Talent is no longer enough to make you giant of Africa. It is the development of soccer in your country that determines that and as far as Africa is concerned, soccer development has left Nigeria and countries like South Africa, Egypt, Tunisia,Uganda, Kenya are now way ahead of us now in terms of solid foundations for development even from grassroots. Our league is substandard compared to others so how are we the giant? When was the last time nigerian clubs dominated CAF champions league? Age grade football is gradually slipping away from Nigeria and we are still deceiving ourselves. Which giant. Countries like SA, Egypt, Tunisia, Congo DR,Uganda and Kenya etc came with teams that had over 11 players playing for.at least two local clubs in Africa which enables cohesion and blending. Our super Eagles try self.
We should stop thinking cup glory is our entitlement and we are not doing anything to develop soccer in Nigeria. Sometimes I shudder at the way Nigerian fans see other African countries the way they see them in the 80s
You work for success you don’t assume it.
Bastard, waisted sperm @ pascal i will not give u my add i jst want to knw ur level now i see dat u are a jobless thieves there in nija,if u need help from me say it here, mandian salopard
Look at this he goat who can not spell wasted attaching a comment on another thread that doesn’t concern him.
One i don’t need the change you lie you have because i cheap scammer like you in Benin togo ghana ivory coast with poor or no education can hardly understand life. I will say it again you are broke but because of your low level of education you think drinking garri and having cheap internet that is almost free makes you fine but i bet you time will give you sense so that next time you come on public space you will not only behave your stupid self but you will keep your naive illiterate mouth quiet so you dont mess up like you’re here.
A dirty illiterate comes up online insulting law abiding peaceful people. Nna make God punish that your ugly face!
Hey make una follow me see a graduate oo in this bastard of @pasfool,OTU nne gi gbawaa.since ur prostutute mother born u have u left ur bush?.ewu and the bastard is even speaking igbo.am sure ur mum is one of those ashawo at oba,
Nigeria will beat Tunisia today, but it wonn’t mean they’re the 3rd best team in this Afcon. I actually believe they’re the best or the 2nd best. If the SE had met Tunisia in the SM, they would have been in the final. And if they had gone past Algeria last Sunday, they would have beaten Senegal hands down.
I watched all remaining 4 teams and based my assessment on this. Algeria just stepped up their game by being faster in attack, realising we like to slow down the pace at the back, so their Number9 turned to a menance to Omeruo. Still we had 11 shots at goal, compared to 6 from them. Mahrez did the magic with the last kick, otherwise it’s game on for Nigeria. Algeria were desperate and afraid of extra time with Nigeria. They know they escaped. Not to worry, we’ll meet them soon again and players like Tyrone Ebuehi will be back.
We are too impatient. Algeria has an ageing squad who are very experienced. We have a young, talented squad who are growing in experience and taking part in their first Afcon – Isobi, Ndidi, Etebo, Awaziem, Ekong, Osimhen, Chukwueze etc. Still, Rohr beat this same Algeria 4-1 about a year ago! What gives!?
You all are willing to give your political leaders who have failed you woefully 4 complete years and even another extra 4 years. You won’t call for their impeachment, yet you’re screaming ‘crucify him’ ‘crucify him’ for a coach who’s scored/won about 70% of his matches? SMH.
Osimen you are mentioning when did he get opportunity to grow in Afcon experience when your coach so far from the start of the tournament has never deemed it necessary to use him even as substitute for once? Do you get Afcon experience by warming bench? I still remember Tunisia 94 that we won Amunike came into that match as a new player but gave us the cup. YOUR Rohr won’t try that.He went with more than enough strikers to the tournament but under use them. I vote for Rohr to go.Let our ex- players who have matured into coaching jobs take over .Like Amokachi.Same with nff they should leave that house for those who know things about football to occupy that place and run our football.
All of you have been talking since, but you forgot to talk about our Green jersey? We wore it against Croatia at the World Cup, we didn’t just lose that match, our sense of play was hidden from us, against Argentina the same thing! We couldn’t find our bearings. Coming to Afcon; against “Ordinary” Madagascar we just couldn’t get it right. We didn’t jst win S/Africa and Cameroon by luck, I believed we showed a lil bit of brilliance (even against Iceland at the last W/Cup). Now wearing that jersey against Algeria, my heart sunk within me when I saw it and immediately it flashed through my mind that it was not our game. Lo and Behold, it was not!
Rohr has produced unexpected results in the midst of loud mouth Criticism which most of us are not paying attention to.
Let’s bar our team from wearing this jersey and see what greatness our team is capable of.
It might sound funny and unreasonable but I guess it has an iota of truth smh!
My brother, you didn’t even talk about the girls (Falcons) and that jersey at the last world cup? And do you remember the Drake’s curse? They warned Anthony Joshua against taking a picture with the singer and he dismissed it as superstition. Lo and behold, he lost to Ruiz. Yes, it doesn’t make sense, but Nigeria should stick with the light green feathered jersey until we get another design for our away uniform.
I agree completely with you concerning that Jersey.
Its a curse!!
I too lamented here before the match concerning the Jersey and my fears were confirmed.
Thrash that Jersey please NFF.
If anyone knows Ubah or Abacha whatever rubbish name he is answering next time if he is looking for where to insult he should locate aba times online instead of coming on our dearest CS platform to display is madness like that of a released mad dog!

I wish we loose the f***K*** bronze. So he packs his bags. We are not accepting consolation. Its 2 yrs to another world cup. Earlier the better…At least someone who has a good sense of selection. Not this try ur luck coach. Any where bele face
If I m coach of eagle I wil not allow my noba 9 to go and stay in opponent box 18 waiting for loose ball. I wil make sure he is always in the centre circle 70% of the time.90mins he will be my 1st man of defence. When he is tired I will remove him.so how will he be caged by d opponent. My opponent wil come to him and den der back line will be disturted. Be4 u know wat is happening ii my team wil win by many goals. 3 0 4 0 if I lose a game maybe it wil be rare once In 4 years
The man did a god job, you cant really satisfy everyone though
