Super Eagles head coach Gernot Rohr has made two changes to his side that played against Algeria for tonight’s AFCON 2019 Third-Place clash against the Carthage Eagles of Tunisia, Completesports.com reports.
Third choice goalkeeper, Francis Uzoho will start his first game of the competition in place of Daniel Akpeyi.
In defence, Torino of Italy defender, Ola Aina will take the place of the suspended Chidozie Awaziem at right- back.
Rohr kept faith with majority of the players that featured in the semifinal defeat to the Desert Foxes of Algeria.
Kenneth Omeruo, William Troost-Ekong and Jamilu Collins will join Aina in defence.
In midfield, Wilfred Ndidi, Oghenekaro Etebo and Alex Iwobi will continue their partnership.
The competition top scorer so far, Odion Ighalo, will lead the attack and will be flanked by the duo of Ahmed Musa and Samuel Chukwueze.

lol
Uzoho is far better than Akpeyi.
We don’t want to see that man called Akpeyi near the super eagle anymore please! It’s very obvious that Uzoho is far better than him. What’s wrong with Rohr for choosing him over Uzoho anyway? Uzoho would have averted that Riyad Mahrez’s free kick that broke over 200 millions hearts away because is a very tall guy and beside he knows how to organize his defence.
