Leicester City boss Brendan Rodgers says Hamza Choudhury has a big future ahead of him after working hard on his game this season.
Former Foxes coach Claude Puel handed Choudhury his opportunity at the start of the season and he has since made seven appearances in the Premier League.
The 21-year-old has now made 15 appearances in total for the club and he has also enjoyed two loan spells at Burton Albion in the past.
After Puel’s departure in February, Choudhury found himself at the bottom of the pile under Rodgers, but the Northern Irishman handed him his first start under his tenure against Arsenal last weekend.
He has now lost just two games that he has played in and Rodgers believes he is ready to push on next season.

The former Liverpool coach told the Leicester Mercury: “As a boy, he’s a fantastic young guy. “Coming in, I knew a bit about him before I arrived.
He’s a really clever footballer, in training he’s played in a number of positions when he has been asked to play there, he is very comfortable doing that. “I predict a big future for him. He’s a big talent.
He has been unfortunate that he’s not played before. It’s great to see that and there’s a lot more development to come from him.”
