Liverpool are believed to be among a group of top European clubs interested in Fulham’s young winger Harvey Elliott. The 16-year-old broke the record to become the youngest player to play in the Premier League last season when he came on for the Cottagers in May against Wolves aged just 16 years and 30 days old.
He has attracted attention from across Europe, with Liverpool, Barcelona and Real Madrid are all keeping tabs on a teenager tipped to become a star of the future. The England Under-17 international has been offered a new contract at Craven Cottage although the recently-relegated Londoners are reportedly not confident of keeping him this summer and he could opt to move elsewhere, with a switch to the Reds a possibility.

If he were to make the move north, Elliott would likely become part of Liverpool’s Under-23 squad initially, with the hope of eventually forcing his way into Jurgen Klopp’s senior squad.
