Manchester United are ready to send Dutch starlet Tahith Chong out on loan next season to speed up his progression.
The exciting 19-year-old winger couldn’t feature for the Red Devils on Wednesday night at Crystal Palace after being included in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s injury-depleted squad.
Chong was handed his first-team debut by the United caretaker against Reading in the FA Cup third round last month, and has since been included in the travelling party to Fulham and Chelsea.
There is plenty of optimism the Netherlands teenager can become a major Old Trafford star in the coming years, having been plucked from Feyenoord’s academy when he was just 16.

However, the coaches at United are conscious Chong is still raw and he suffered a serious broken leg last year, which slowed down the learning process.
It is understood the Manchester giants received a couple of enquiries in January asking whether they will consider loaning Chong out next term, one from Holland. There is also interest in the player from the Bundesliga, although United will sit down with the prospect to make sure he is afforded the right platform to showcase his undoubted talents.
