American boxer, Jarrell Miller has insisted that he has no plans to quit boxing so soon despite loss to Daniel Dubois at the weekend in Saudi Arabia.
Recall that Daniel Dubois stopped Miller in the dying seconds of the 10th round at the ‘Day of Reckoning’,to put himself in the frame for a world title shot.
Reacting after the defeat, Miller paid respect to Dubois in the ring post-fight, and did so again on social media later.

“I didn’t quit like no bitch. Inactivity was the killer tonight. Real warriors don’t quit – rest and back to work. Congrats to my lil bro Daniel Dubois the shrimp. Came with it tonight and [earned] my respect. God is good all the time.”
Miller was meant to fight Anthony Joshua five years ago but an adverse drugs test finding led to a long period of inactivity. While he does not have a loss to his name, his track record does not compare to the names Dubois has faced.
Miller had fought twice professionally and in one exhibition fight in 2023 as he looked to stay sharp, but he came into the fight weighing a full 100lbs more than his younger opponent.
