England leg-spinner Adil Rashid is looking forward to the ODI series with West Indies and hopes he can secure his place in the England side.
The tourists begin their ODI series on Wednesday with the first of five matches before they move into the T20 games and Rashid, after a disappointing Test series, is looking to be at his best in the series.

The Yorkshire bowler knows he has to keep performing if he is to keep his place in the side for the forthcoming World Cup in the summer. “Now the preparation is for white-ball cricket,” he said.
“I will focus on that, my strengths, and what I’m looking to work on leading up to the World Cup and beyond. “The World Cup will be massive. We’re all looking forward to it. But there’s a lot of cricket before then.”
