Manchester City striker Gabriel Jesus has emerged as a summer transfer target for Paris Saint-Germain, should Kylian Mbappe leave. Jesus has reportedly been identified by PSG as the man they want to sign should star striker Mbappe move on this summer.

The City forward has had to largely play second fiddle to Sergio Aguero at the Etihad and is believed to be growing frustrated at his lack of regular starts under Pep Guardiola. Jesus only made eight Premier League starts in the treble-winning season that’s just ended but did feature off the bench a lot, while he was more heavily involved in the cup competitions and started four of City’s 10 Champions League games.
The 22-year-old still scored an impressive 21 goals in all competitions despite not being first choice and his goal-to-games ratio has alerted PSG. Mbappe is thought to be mulling over his future in the French capital and if he asks for a move away, the Ligue 1 champions may attempt to sign Jesus as his replacement.
