Manchester City continued their struggles as they were held to a 1-1 draw by Everton at the Etihad Stadium on Boxing Day.
Pep Guardiola’s men made a good start to the game with Bernardo Silva slotting home in the 14th minute.
Silva’s shot was fortuitously deflected into the far corner off Jarrad Branthwaite’s outstretched leg.

Everton levelled through Iliman Ndiaye nine minutes before the break.
It was Ndiaye’s third goal of the season.
Manchester City moved up just one place to fifth in the table as their dreadful run of late stretched to one win in 13 games.
Sean Dyche’s Everton are now 15th after another impressive result on the road.
