The Senegal international capitalised on poor defending by the hosts to drilled a shot past Alphonse Areola.

The striker doubled the visitors lead 14 minutes later.
He was set up by a brilliant ball from Moises Caicedo and slotted the ball home brilliantly.
Chelsea took the game beyond West Ham with Cole Palmer netting the third just after the break.
The Blues moved into second place in the Premier League table ahead of the rest of the weekend’s fixtures.
