Lukasz Piszczek is looking to be back in the Borussia Dortmund side for the title run-in as he is due to return to training next week.
The 33-year-old Poland international full-back has been a huge miss for Lucian Favre’s side in recent weeks as they have struggled since he was ruled out after the 3-3 draw against Hoffenheim on February 9.

Dortmund have since been dumped out of the Champions League against Tottenham while their nine-point cushion at the top of the Bundesliga has been eaten away by Bayern Munich who now lead the way on goal difference.
Piszczek though is on the verge of rejoining the first-team squad and should be involved in Dortmund’s crucial run-in as they look to secure a first title since 2011-12.
He told Polish sports newspaper Przeglad Sportowy, Piszczek said: “I should get back into training next week. At the moment, I only work in the gym, sit a lot on my bike. But it looks good.”
