Former Arsenal midfielder Emmanuel Petit says Victor Osimhen would be a perfect fit for the Gunners.
The North London club are in the market for a new striker after falling short in the title race for the second consecutive season.
Petit insisted that signing Osimhen would make his former club’s attack more potent.
“I would love to see a player like Osimhen, for example, as a striker,” the Frenchman told talkSPORT.

“Someone who can hold defenders and think differently in terms of attacking the spaces behind the defenders and being a big threat on set pieces. A physical presence as well, but someone who can speak the same football.
“I’ve been watching him since he was at Lille before he left for Napoli and it would fit perfectly for Arsenal.”
“I don’t know if Arsenal are going to buy him, but the first thing that they need is a striker.”
Despite a disjointed season due to injury and international duty, Osimhen scored 17 goals in 32 games for Napoli last term.
The previous year, he scored 31 goals in 39 games to help Napoli to the Serie A title.

The fact of the matter is that Arsenal need to be Osihmen more than Osihmen need them. The fact remains that if Arsenal than pay his release clause many other clubs are willing and ready to pay.Osihmen will will no doubt turn Arsenal into a title contemder.
He’s actually the type of striker Arsenal needs. A bullish striker
Rubbish, Arteta better stay away from that crybaby. Well i trust arteta, the door will is always open for any arrogant player, let him go ask the ones he showed the door
Sebi you are known to support failures like Finidi, not surprising you wan Arteta too to continue to fail.
Osimhem is the missing link in turning Arsenal into a Title contender and Arteta knows that too
