Jennifer Echegini is excited be included in Super Falcons’ squad for the 2024 Olympic Games, reports Completesports.com.
Echegini is among the 18 players named by Super Falcons head coach Randy Waldrum in his squad for the games.
The 23-year-old will be making her second appearance in a major tournament for Nigeria in Paris.
The midfielder stated that it is a big honour to represent Nigeria.

“I’m really excited to be part of the squad for this big tournament. It’s always an honour to wear Nigeria’s crest. It is a big honour for me to be part of this team,” the former Florida State Seminoles star told NFF TV.
Echegini completed a move to French club Paris Saint-Germain this week.
The player is already looking forward to the challenge of playing for her new club.
“I’m excited, kind of nervous , obviously PSG is a good team. I don’t know what to expect, it is going to be challenging but am ready for the challenge,” she added.
“After this tournament that’s where i will be going. I’m just excited ,good things are coming up again.”
